Popular with both couples and young people, the hotel is located in the northern part of the lively Sunny Beach, separated from the kilometer-long, gently sloping sandy beach only by the promenade. Numerous shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, and discos are in the immediate vicinity. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approximately 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The upscale mid-range hotel has 238 rooms and is equipped with a reception, elevators, a main restaurant, a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, a pool bar, a 24/7 lobby bar, a lounge bar, a snack bar, and two à la carte restaurants (Italian and Asian). Sun loungers by the pool are included, and pool towels are available for a deposit.

The comfortably furnished superior rooms with side sea view and balcony or terrace are equipped with twin beds, a sofa bed as an extra bed, carpet, kettle (free of charge), minibar (free of charge), internet (free of charge), safe (free of charge), and flat-screen satellite TV, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (from May to September). This category consists of two adjacent rooms with a connecting door. The two rooms are a double room and a studio, each with its own bathroom. The double room features a double bed, air conditioning, balcony, TV, telephone (for a fee), minibar (free water, soft drinks, and beer), coffee/tea making facilities, safe (free of charge), Wi-Fi (free of charge), and a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. The studio with a large balcony, on the other hand, offers a double bed, an extendable sofa as an additional sleeping option, a seating area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a bathtub; other amenities are similar to the double room (approx. 70 sqm, SA).
