Location

The hotel, popular with repeat guests, is located above the sea and impresses with its family atmosphere. The panoramic elevator offers views of the sea and the old town. The hotel is separated from the public sandy beach only by a promenade, and Sozopol's old town is just about a 10-minute walk away. Numerous small restaurants, as well as shopping and entertainment facilities, are in the vicinity. The transfer time from Burgas Airport is approximately 1 hour.

The family-run 4-star "Villa List" hotel has a main building with 7 floors, various residential buildings, and a total of 160 units. The bright and spacious lobby offers a reception (24h), a panoramic elevator, a luggage room, a currency exchange, and a cozy lobby bar with a magnificent view of the old town. The beautiful outdoor area with a garden features a sunbathing lawn, a swimming pool (freshwater), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (included), and a pool bar with a snack bar. The main restaurant has a sunny outdoor terrace. Further facilities include a casino (entry for 18+), a hairdresser, a beauty salon, a library, and a TV corner.

Double Superior rooms are located in a newer part of the building and are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, air conditioning, heating, tiled floor, desk, minibar (refilled daily for a fee), telephone, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace with seating facing the land side (non-smoking rooms).
