Location

The Duni Royal Resort comprises 5 hotels in a picturesque setting. It is situated amidst a nature reserve, on a gentle slope, nestled among dunes and only approx. 7 km from Sozopol. Long sandy beaches and a beautiful bay are in close proximity. Small alleys, walking paths and typical local architecture of the magnificent hotel complex are surprising and delightful with a special ambience. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes approx. 60 minutes (approx. 45 km).

The resort covers an area of over 50 hectares and comprises a total of 5 hotels for families, solo travelers, and those seeking peace, couples, friends, and sports enthusiasts. Facilities include 10 tennis courts, 4 swimming pools, its own aqua park, sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas by the pools and on the beach, numerous sports activities, fantastic restaurants, bars, snack and drink stations, cocktail bars, an amphitheater, shops, fitness and sauna areas, a mini-golf course, an archery range, and even its own small marina. Various water sports are available on the beach. The charm of a small Bulgarian village has been recreated here to perfection, leaving no holiday wish unfulfilled. The top hotel of the resort, the Duni Marina Royal Palace, is located directly on the beach and by the small harbor, has 311 rooms spread over 8 floors (elevator), and offers its guests a reception, a buffet restaurant, 2 à la carte restaurants (Bulgarian and Italian in the neighboring Duni Belleville and Duni Holiday Village hotels), an indoor pool, a pool bar, and a lobby bar. The special highlight of the hotel is the "Sky Bar" located on the roof of the luxury hotel, where drinks and cocktails are served to guests in the evening in a chic ambiance (not included in the AI offer and subject to a charge). In the large, extensive garden area, there is a large swimming pool with an integrated children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach (subject to availability). The snack bar on the beach will spoil you with snacks and drinks. The "DUNI Aquapark" (open from June 1st to September 15th) with its many water slides delights guests of all ages. Guests can use all the amenities of the sister hotels Duni Marina Beach, Duni Pelican, Duni Belleville, and Duni Holiday Village, provided they are open. In case of unfavorable weather, the hotel's indoor pool is also in operation at the beginning and end of the season.

Double Room Land View

The Land View Double Rooms (approx. 23-26 sqm) are equipped with two single beds and have a bathroom/toilet and hairdryer. Further amenities include air conditioning (mid-June to mid-September, centrally controlled), carpeted floors, a desk, a sofa bed as an extra bed, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, minibar (included), safe (included), and a furnished balcony. Junior Suite

The Junior Suites (approx. 32-36 sqm), with otherwise identical amenities to the Land View Double Rooms, are slightly more spacious and each have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. (JS2)

In the buffet restaurant, you can help yourself to a rich themed buffet for breakfast (approx. 7:30 AM - 10 AM, small late riser breakfast from 10 AM - 11 AM), lunch (approx. 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (approx. 7 PM - 9:30 PM). Coffee and cake are available at the lobby bar during the day. Cocktails, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as a selection of imported alcoholic beverages, are served at the lobby bar and pool bar during their respective opening hours. The bars in the lobbies and at the aquapark are open daily until midnight. Additionally, sandwich stands are available at various stations throughout the extensive grounds from approx. 11:30 AM to 6 PM, offering snacks. In front of the beach area, there is a snack bar that guests can also visit in swimwear.
Once a week (minimum stay 7 nights), dinner in one of the two à la carte restaurants is included (subject to availability and prior reservation).
