The hotel is located on a quiet side street in a popular area of Sozopol. The center of the new town of Sozopol is approx. 200 m away, and the historic old town is approx. 700 m away. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in just a few minutes' walk (approx. 400m). Shops and entertainment venues, shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel, very popular with regular guests, offers everything for a perfect holiday. Nestled amidst lush green nature, floral designs wherever you look, and beautifully landscaped gardens in all indoor and outdoor areas. The hotel impresses with its lovingly managed, attentive staff and is praised by regular guests with the phrase 'Clean & Green'.
In the friendly lobby, you will find the reception. The outdoor area features a beautiful swimming pool with a sun terrace, seating areas, loungers, and sun umbrellas (included and subject to availability). The garden also houses a small cafe (open seasonally from approx. mid-June to mid-September).

Double Room

The double rooms (approx. 14m²) are equipped with a double bed or 2 single beds. Further amenities include terracotta or parquet flooring, air conditioning, satellite TV (flat-screen), refrigerator, shower/WC, hairdryer, and a furnished balcony overlooking the garden or country side (D). Also available for single occupancy at an extra charge (DE).

Large Double Room

These double rooms (approx. 20m²) are larger than the standard double rooms, with the same amenities, and include an additional single bed (DSU). The rooms can overlook the country or street side (some also with sea view).

Studio with/without kitchenette

The studios without kitchenette (S2A) have a double bed, 2 additional separate beds, shower/WC, refrigerator, hairdryer, electric kettle, air conditioning, satellite TV, a seating area with a sofa bed, and a furnished balcony facing the street.
The studios with kitchenette (S12), with otherwise identical amenities to the studios without kitchenette (S2A), additionally feature a stove, sink, microwave, sandwich toaster, and dishes.
