Location

The Garden of Eden hotel and apartment resort is located very close (approx. 50 m) to the private sandy beach. Shops, entertainment facilities, and restaurants are about 1 km away. The historic old town of Nessebar (UNESCO World Heritage site) is about 11 km away and easily accessible by regular bus services. Burgas Airport (BOJ) is located approximately 32 km away.

The spacious and generously designed hotel and apartment resort consists of a main building and 16 ancillary buildings. The main building houses the luxurious air-conditioned double rooms, while the ancillary buildings accommodate the studios and apartments. Further facilities include a reception (24/7), Wi-Fi (included), safe at reception (for a fee), an air-conditioned lobby with a bar, elevators, a hairdresser, and a mini-market. For dining, guests can choose from three air-conditioned restaurants. Guests with booked bed & breakfast (BB), half board (HB), or full board (FB) will be catered for in the "Paradiso" restaurant – either on the veranda overlooking the garden and sea or in the stylish dining room. Additionally, two à la carte restaurants offering Italian cuisine and fish specialties invite you to indulge (for a fee). The hotel's outdoor area features eight pools, including a separate children's pool, as well as a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are included on the sun terraces (subject to availability).

Double Room

The double rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with bath/shower/WC (whirlpool bath in the bathroom), hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, tiled or carpeted floors, TV, Wi-Fi (included), safe (included), and a balcony (D). Double rooms for single occupancy can be booked at an additional charge (DE).

Studio

The studios, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, are slightly more spacious and additionally feature a kitchenette, a dining area, and a sofa bed (Wi-Fi and safe for a fee). (S12).
Studios with sea view (SM2) can be booked at an additional charge.

1 Bedroom Apartment

The 1-bedroom apartments (A12) are equipped like the studios, also with a kitchenette, but are more spacious and have an additional separate bedroom. Apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (A23) or with sea view (23M+2AM) can be booked at an additional charge.

Super Saver Room

Super saver rooms are typically rooms whose location, size, and amenities may differ from standard rooms (SSZ).
