The stylish five-star hotel is located directly on the beach, amidst a terraced, landscaped garden that leads down to the promenade and the beach. The town center is only about 100 m away, offering numerous shopping and entertainment options. Transfer time approx. 40 minutes.

In addition to 727 spacious rooms, the facilities include a lobby with reception, the "Roma" café, the Italian buffet restaurant "Al Dente", the snack & dinner bar "All American Dinner" (June-Sept.), the Bulgarian buffet restaurant "The Vine", the "Sunshine Café", and the Stagebar.
Shops and boutiques, as well as a spacious pool area with an integrated children's pool, 3 water slides, and a climbing park (approx. June-September) invite guests to relax and have fun. The sun terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea, and refreshing drinks are available at the pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge by the pool. On the public beach, sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee. Guests booking "The Level" program room categories (Superior and Premium Double Rooms) have exclusive access to additional highlights: extended breakfast until approx. 11 am (in "The Level" restaurant), welcome drink upon arrival at "The Level" reception, access to the private "The Level" lounge from approx. 2 pm to 8 pm with an open bar serving imported spirits and soft drinks (approx. 4 pm-6:30 pm) and tea time (approx. 3 pm-5 pm), private check-in/out, access to the private "The Level" restaurant, reading and relaxation area in the "The Level" lounge, access to the private "The Level" pool and garden area with heated pools, and facilities for adults and children. Additionally, the exclusive "The Level" Garden Lounge invites you to relax. Sauna and steam baths in the YHI Wellness are included, with a 50% discount on laundry service. Wi-Fi is included in the rooms and all "The Level" areas of the hotel. Welcome amenities, wake-up calls, selected minibar items (non-alcoholic, replenished daily), Nespresso coffee machine, room service (approx. 8 am-2 am), bathrobes, and slippers.

Double Room Landside

The elegantly furnished mahogany double rooms with garden view (approx. 43 m²) feature a bathroom with shower and tub/WC, hairdryer, central air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, and balcony. Also available for single use, or as a super saver room (approx. 41 m²). (DL, DEL) Available for single use on certain dates and at a special price as a promo room: DEP)

Double Room Side Sea View

The double rooms with side sea view, otherwise equipped the same as the double rooms landside, offer a side sea view. Also available for single use at an additional charge. (DMS, DES) Available as a promo room at a special price on certain dates (DMP)

The family rooms consist of 2 double rooms with a connecting door. (DF2)

Superior Double Room

Superior double rooms (only bookable between June 5th - September 11th) offer, in addition to similar amenities as the double rooms, a Nespresso coffee machine, a coffee/tea maker, bathrobe, slippers, a minibar (daily refill of selected non-alcoholic drinks), and the amenities of the "The Level" program (as described under Facilities). Superior double rooms with sea view are available at an additional charge. (DSU, DMU)

Premium Double Room (VARA15)

The premium rooms are equivalent to the "Level rooms" and have the same amenities as the standard rooms. They also offer the following additional amenities: private check-in/check-out, minibar, late riser breakfast in the "Level Restaurant", welcome drink upon arrival, free use of the "The Level" lounge, wake-up service, room service (approx. 8 am-2 am) (PR2/PR1). Optionally bookable with sea view (2PM/1PM).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are offered at a specific price and quota, equipped with a double bed or twin beds, 1 extra bed (folding bed), carpet, minibar (for a fee), balcony, internet (free), safe (free), and flat-screen satellite TV, as well as central air conditioning (from May to September). The bathroom has a bathtub or shower (approx. 43 m², SSZ).

Italian buffet restaurant "Al Dente" with late riser breakfast from approx. 10 am to 11 am, pizza & snacks from approx. 12 pm to 5 pm, and Italian dinner (reservation required at reception in advance) from approx. 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The Bulgarian buffet restaurant "The Vine" offers traditional and local specialties from approx. 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. The All American Food Court & Dinnerbar is open from approx. 12 pm to 5 pm and from approx. 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm (June-September) and offers a selection of burgers, sandwiches, and other delicious afternoon snacks. In the evening, the bar invites you to an "American Dinner" with classic American dishes offered at the buffet. (approx. 6:30 pm-9:30 pm, reservation required). Additionally, the specialty restaurant "The Vine" offers Bulgarian specialties in buffet form to guests in the evening. Reservations are also requested here.
In the "The Stage Bar", drinks such as tea, coffee, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as wine and beer are served from approx. 8 pm to 11 pm. An ice cream stand (June-Sept.) from approx. 10:30 am to 4:30 pm. The "Cafe Roma" in the lobby bar also offers tea, coffee, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and cocktails from approx. 7:30 am to 12 am. Additionally, the "Sunshine Café" offers drinks such as tea, coffee, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as wine and beer from approx. 10 am to 11 pm.

Sports included

Fitness room, table tennis, volleyball, billiards, water slides, and climbing park.

Children's program

Hourly entertainment is provided by the "Kidsdom" mini club (ages 4-12). There is even a separate reception for the little guests. Furthermore, a children's playground, a children's pool, and a water slide are available.

Due to the hillside location, the path to/from the beach is challenging for guests with mobility impairments.
The hotel is a non-smoking establishment.
