The family hotel is quietly located in a park and is approx. 500 m from the beach. The town center of Sveti Konstantin with its shopping and entertainment facilities is 300 m away.

The modernly furnished hotel with its typical local ambiance offers good conditions for a relaxing holiday. 110 rooms are spread across 5 floors. The complex offers a reception hall with reception and an elevator, as well as a restaurant with a terrace, a lobby bar and a TV corner. The green outdoor area includes a freshwater pool with an integrated children's pool, a snack bar and a sun terrace. Sun loungers with mattresses and pool towels are available for a fee. Umbrellas are included at the pool.

All meals are served in buffet form. Late risers can enjoy the benefit of an extended breakfast until 11 am. Regular theme nights also provide culinary variety. In the afternoon (from approx. 3-4 pm), snacks with coffee/tea and cake are served. The lobby bar offers ice cream for refreshment from approx. 4:30-5:30 pm. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with meals and at the respective open bars in the restaurant and at the lobby bar from approx. 8 am to 8 pm. At the pool bar, you can get non-alcoholic drinks and beer. Cocktails and all other drinks are generally available for a fee.
