Location

The Estreya Residence hotel and its sister hotel Estreya Palace are located in the center of Sveti Konstantin. Together, the buildings are nestled in a beautifully designed and spacious garden with mature trees and flowers. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel is the monastery "St. Constantine and Elena", as well as shops and entertainment facilities. The famous thermal springs can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot. The sandy beach is about 250m away. The transfer time is approximately 35 minutes.

The family-friendly hotel has a total of 60 rooms and 15 apartments, a reception with a lobby, a lobby bar, a spa center, and a spectacular wine cellar with house wines. The hotel restaurant with terrace, the beautiful garden with quiet zones and benches, and a swimming pool with a pool bar ensure well-being and relaxation. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool (subject to availability). The indoor and outdoor pools are filled with thermal water.

The Superior Double Rooms are tastefully furnished with two single beds or a double bed, a pull-out armchair, air conditioning (central), bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, mini-fridge, telephone, safe for rent, and a balcony or terrace (DSU). Also available for single use (ESU) or as single with child (DSI) for an additional charge.
Super saver rooms have a special price and may be in an inconvenient location (SSZ).

Apartment 1 Bedroom

The 1-bedroom apartments, otherwise equipped the same as the double rooms, also feature a separate living/bedroom area with a pull-out double sofa bed or with 2 single beds (A12).

Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style. Local non-alcoholic beverages, as well as beer and wine, are included with dinner.
Only AI can be booked from April 10th to April 14th, and only HP + AI can be booked from July 1st to August 31st. Outside these periods, all meal options can be booked.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style in the hotel restaurant.
Non-alcoholic beverages, as well as local beer and wine, are included with meals. From approximately 10 am to 10 pm, local non-alcoholic and local alcoholic beverages are available at one of the bars. Snacks and afternoon tea, coffee, ice cream, and pastries are also offered.
The operating hours and opening times of individual bars and restaurants vary depending on the season and according to local notices.
