Location

The Sauerland Stern Hotel is the holiday and vacation eldorado for the whole family in the center of Germany. It is located in a charming landscape of North Hesse, at the foot of the Ettelsberg mountain with the highest moorland in Europe, in the Ski World Cup resort of Willingen.

The spacious double rooms in the "Standard" category (D, approx. 30 m²) are equipped with a double bed (approx. 200x210 cm), 32-inch LED flat-screen TV with satellite reception, free Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone, safe, two sofa beds (approx. 90x190 cm) as sleeping arrangements for a 3rd adult or up to two children, bathroom with bathtub/toilet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror, as well as a balcony.

Family Room "Privilege"

The spacious family rooms in the "Privilege" category (DF2, approx. 45 m²) are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with three sofa beds (approx. 90x190 cm) as sleeping arrangements for a 3rd adult or up to 3 children, 32-inch LED flat-screen TV with satellite reception, free Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone, safe, a separate bedroom with a double bed (approx. 200x210 cm), and a bathroom with bathtub/toilet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror, as well as a balcony.

Half Board Plus

When booking Half Board Plus: additional evening buffet including drinks (beer, house wine, soft drinks) from approx. 6 PM to 8 PM, self-service.
Meals begin with dinner on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure.

Sports for a fee

Ice rink and 3D cinema connected directly to the hotel by local providers.
Currently, the underground access to the cinema and ice rink is closed due to the new construction of the lagoon pool.
In the immediate vicinity, there is an adventure mini-golf course, the Dino and leisure park, and the Hochheideturm – the highest climbing and observation tower in North-West Germany. And in winter, the Willingen winter paradise awaits ski and snow enthusiasts. Tickets available at reception.
