The hotel is quietly located, directly on the hotel's own, natural beach with a pier, including a ferry terminal (seasonal to Hiddensee). The Lietzow train station is approx. 35 km away. Jasmund National Park is approx. 35 km away, and the Splash leisure pool is approx. 23 km away.

The double rooms (Z2A, approx. 19 sqm) are elegantly, modernly, and stylishly furnished and feature satellite TV, radio, telephone, sometimes a balcony, safe and minibar (partly for a fee), shower/toilet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror.
Also available for single use and for single with child bookings (DZ=EZ Seeseite/ESD).

Double room, sea view

The double rooms with sea view (SBD, approx. 19 sqm) are equipped like the double rooms with side sea view (Z2A).

Suite, side sea view

The maisonette suite (2S0, approx. 33sqm) is spread over 2 floors, with a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. It also includes a kitchenette (without cooking facilities) with the same amenities as the double room (Z2A).

The maisonette suite with sea view (2S1, approx. 33 sqm) is equipped like the maisonette suite (2S0).

Apartment, sea side/SAR

The apartments with sea side (SAT, approx. 35sqm) have a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area with a kitchenette (without cooking facilities) and a terrace, with the same amenities as the double rooms (Z2A)
