Location

The holiday apartments are located in the well-known seaside resort of Sellin on the island of Rügen, in the extension of Wilhelmstraße, the famous promenade, and the rebuilt pier. The sandy beach, which stretches to Göhren, is only about 800 m away. The Cape Arkona is about 60 km away, and the famous chalk cliffs can be reached in about 35 km.

Facilities

The spacious and modern apartment complex comprises a total of 200 residential units in the style of the 100-year-old spa architecture. The Seepark offers its guests a reception with a coffee lounge, a supermarket, a bakery, a post office, a restaurant, and a shopping arcade.

Accommodation

Apartment Type P

The modernly furnished Type P apartments (AA2, [Description Holiday Park "Type P"] approx. 20 sqm) are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with a modern sofa bed or double bed, cable TV with SKY (Cinema-Sport1-Discovery), a kitchenette with a dining area, shower/WC, and some with a balcony. No overcrowding is possible.
Note: Initial set of bed linen and kitchen supplies ("small cleaning kit"), as well as final cleaning, energy, and water costs are included in the travel price. Towels must be brought by the guest or can be rented on site for a fee.

Apartment Type L

The Type L apartments (AB2, [Description Holiday Park "Type L"] approx. 32 sqm) are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom with a double bed, shower/WC, and a balcony. A modern sofa bed in the living area serves as a sleeping option for the 3rd person.

Apartment Type Q

The Type Q apartments (AC2, [Description Holiday Park "Type Q"] approx. 44 sqm) have the same features as the Type B apartments but are larger and some have a bathroom with a bathtub.

Apartment Type X

The Type D apartments (AD2, [Description Holiday Park "Type X"] approx. 52 sqm) are equipped with an open-plan combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for the 3rd/4th person, which can be flexibly divided by a sliding door to the dining area with a kitchenette, cable TV with SKY (Cinema-Sport1-Discovery), a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower, a separate toilet, and a large balcony and another small balcony adjacent to the separate bedroom.

Apartment Type Y

The Type Y apartments (A2E, [Description Holiday Park "Type Y"] approx. 57 sqm) are equipped with a combined living/bedroom with a modern sofa bed for the 3rd/4th person and a separate bedroom with a double bed and a spacious balcony. The bathrooms sometimes have a bathtub.
Initial set of bed linen, final cleaning, energy and water costs, and initial kitchen supplies ("small cleaning kit") are included in the travel price. Towels must be brought by the guest or can be rented on site for a fee.

No meals included. Bread roll service available on request and for a fee in the morning.

On-site tournament-standard mini-golf course, bicycles, aqua aerobics and gymnastics, as well as a surf/dive school (approx. 2 km away, operated by an external provider) and horse riding (approx. 10 km away, operated by an external provider).

Wellness

For a fee: "AHOI! Rügen Bade- und Erlebniswelt" adventure pool with approx. 585 sqm of water surface, adventure pool and counter-current channel, wall and floor bubblers, and a large pirate ship for children, children's pool with a small slide, giant slide (100 m) with a separate pool, outdoor pool with a sunbathing lawn and beach volleyball court. Sauna area in the AHOI! adventure pool with a sauna garden (subject to availability on site).
The bathing and adventure world will probably be closed from 10.11. to 21.11.2025 due to maintenance work.
