Location

Quietly located between Metamorfosis and Nikiti, surrounded by shady pine trees with diverse vegetation. Directly on the gently sloping sandy beach. Nikiti is approx. 3.5 km away, Metamorfosi approx. 2.8 km, Neo Marmaras approx. 25 km. A bus stop is about 50 meters away.

The complex has 98 rooms, spread across a main building and several 2-story buildings, reception, safety deposit box rental, Wi-Fi (included), taverna, and minimarket. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a separate children's pool and sun terrace, and a pool/beach bar with an original seating terrace in an old fishing boat with direct sea views. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

Double room

Decorated in local style, these rooms feature a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (D). Also available as a Super Saver room (limited availability) (SSZ).

Are double rooms for single occupancy (DE).

Superior Double Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, the Superior rooms are more spacious and additionally feature a sofa bed (DSU).

Family Room

Are somewhat more spacious than the double rooms, with identical amenities (DF2).

Superior Junior Suite

The Superior Junior Suites, with amenities identical to the Superior Double Rooms, feature a double bed, a sofa bed, and are more spacious (JU2).

Suite

With otherwise identical amenities to the family rooms, featuring a separate bedroom and two additional sofa beds. The rooms also have a bathroom with a bathtub and WC, and a shower room/WC (S2).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
