Ikos Oceania is nestled amidst a stunning natural landscape with a 350-meter long natural sandy beach, lined with pine, olive, and cypress trees. The sprawling complex covers 15 hectares of meticulously maintained gardens and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the majestic Mount Olympus. Facilities

The modern complex features a main building, four additional residential buildings, and an exclusive Deluxe Collection building, comprising 290 elegantly appointed rooms and suites. Culinary variety is offered by five à la carte restaurants and the Mediterranean buffet restaurant, Flavors. Particularly noteworthy is the innovative Dine-Out program, which gives guests the opportunity to enjoy authentic cuisine at a selected restaurant in the nearby town of Nea Moudania. The gastronomic offerings are complemented by five stylish bars, inviting guests to relax both indoors and in the extensive garden areas. Five heated main pools are available for relaxation and recreation. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge here and on the beach. For even more tranquility, designated adults-only areas are available for guests aged 16 and above, including an infinity pool, an adults-only bar, a designated section in the main restaurant, and the entire spa area.

With otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms, the Family Rooms with sea view consist of two double rooms with a connecting door (F2M).

The main restaurant "Flavors" offers an extensive breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, a lunch buffet from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, also in buffet form with themed evenings. Dinner is also available in the à la carte restaurants with a reservation. Additionally, the "Ikos Dine Out Service" offers the opportunity to dine at restaurants outside the hotel; a reservation through the hotel is required.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the respective open bars from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM.
The minibar in the rooms is also included and refilled daily. At the beach, guests can enjoy drinks at the beach bar or use the drink and snack service that serves cocktails and other beverages directly to their sun loungers.

Sports included

Tennis court, squash court, darts, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, mini football, aerobics, and introductory diving. Some water sports such as canoes, pedal boats, and SUPs can be rented for 20 minutes per day, subject to availability. The surrounding area is ideal for walking and hiking.

Note for climate resilience contribution
