Newly built in summer 2024, this adults-only resort is situated on a hill amidst nature, surrounded by beautiful olive groves. Nestled in nature, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the crystal-clear Aegean Sea and Mount Olympus. The towns of Potidea and Sani are about a 5-10 minute drive away, and Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 65 km away.

The resort, for guests aged 16 and over, features a total of 104 rooms and suites designed in a modern style with boho elements. It also includes a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant "Mesogaea" (Mediterranean), an à la carte restaurant "Shizen" (Japanese/Peruvian fusion cuisine), and a lobby bar/café "Hebe". The Mediterranean garden area offers 2 swimming pools and the pool/snackbar "Zest". Guests can conveniently order food and drinks directly to their sun loungers by the pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel and in the rooms.

The generously designed Deluxe Double Rooms feature a king-size bed, a semi-open bathroom with a rain shower and separate toilet, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, telephone, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (replenished when booking All Inclusive), safe, Wi-Fi, 55" Smart TV, coffee and tea making facilities, espresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace with a magnificent sea view (DDM/2B).

King Bed Sea View Swim Up

With the same basic amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the Swim-Up Rooms offer direct pool access to the shared pool and a sea view (EU2/UMB/2DA).

Loft Suite Sea View

These spacious suites feature a living area and an open-plan bedroom with a king-size bed, located on the second floor and accessible via stairs. The Deluxe Suites also have a semi-open bathroom with a rain shower and separate toilet, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, telephone, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (replenished when booking All Inclusive), safe, Wi-Fi, 2x 55" Smart TVs, coffee and tea making facilities, espresso machine, and a furnished balcony with a sea view (SDM).

Signature Suite Private Pool Sea View

The generously designed Signature Suites offer a spacious living room and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed, as well as a walk-in closet. Further amenities in the Signature Suites include a semi-open bathroom with a rain shower and separate toilet, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, telephone, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (replenished when booking All Inclusive), safe, Wi-Fi, 2x 55" Smart TVs, coffee and tea making facilities, and an espresso machine. The expansive terrace with a daybed, umbrella, and private seating area offers direct access to the private pool with garden views (2LX).

Breakfast

Buffet breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Additionally, guests are served various dishes such as avocado toast, Eggs Benedict, omelets, and more à la carte.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

The main restaurant "Mesogaea" offers a breakfast buffet and à la carte from 8 AM to 11 AM with a rich selection of various dishes.
Lunch from 1 PM to 3 PM and dinner (buffet) from 8 PM to 10 PM in the main restaurant, or à la carte with Mediterranean cuisine from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
Alternatively, guests can enjoy dinner at one of the à la carte restaurants for a fee: "Shizen" (8 PM-10:30 PM), the new Surf & Turf "Almýra", or "Sýntrófi-Olive Grove Dining".
The "Hebe" bar offers a small snack menu from 10 AM to 1 AM. The Alymros Bar, open from 10 AM to 10:30 PM, complements the seafood lunch dishes with chilled wines, refreshing cocktails, and drinks during the day. In the evening, it transforms into a cozy restaurant.
Reservations are required for all à la carte restaurants.
The minibar is replenished daily when booking All Inclusive.
At the various bars, guests can enjoy a selection of high-quality cocktails such as Espresso Martini, Caipirinha, Whisky Sour, Gin Basil Smash, and others, as well as non-alcoholic cocktails, various wine selections, international and national spirits.
Additionally, the bars offer non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, juices, various beers, as well as specialty coffees and tea from 10 AM to 1 AM.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
