Location

Your holiday hotel is quietly located in a picturesque bay, directly on the gently sloping sandy beach, which has been awarded the EU's "Blue Flag". The hotel bus runs twice daily to Neos Marmaras (included, approx. 7 km). The town of Nikiti is about 12 km away, and the airport is around 95 km away.

This stylish beach hotel with approx. 200 rooms has been delighting guests of all ages for many years. Upon entering the luxurious reception hall, a holiday full of relaxation and wonderful impressions begins. Amenities include lounges, a lift, and the bar with the roof garden restaurant "Horizon" (occasionally open in the evenings during the low season), which offers creative à la carte culinary cuisine. The well-maintained outdoor area features 2 lagoon-shaped freshwater swimming pools, one of which is near the beach with a separate children's pool (the main pool and children's pool are heated in April, May, and October) and another in the upper area with a whirlpool, quietly located and with a sea view. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach; towels are also available free of charge. The beach bar "Ammos" and the beach taverna "Yialos," offering traditional Greek à la carte cuisine, are located directly on the beach. There is also a wellness center, a mini-market, an amphitheater, and a doctor (on duty at the hotel for limited hours). Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

Double Room Superior

Appealing and modernly furnished with individual air conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower cubicle, refrigerator, telephone, 2 satellite TVs, sink, kettle, bathrobes and slippers, safe and Wi-Fi (each included), insect screens on doors and windows, balcony or terrace facing the land side (DSU). Optionally available with pool/partial sea view (2PW/2ID).

Single Room

These are double rooms superior for single occupancy facing the land side (DSE) or with pool/side sea view (only bookable for specific periods, 1MP).

Junior Suite schauinsland

With the same size and basic amenities as the double rooms superior, these junior suites additionally feature a visually separate living area (JL2).

Junior Suite

With the same basic amenities but different decors, the spacious junior suites offer a visually separated living area and additionally a bathtub and separate shower cubicle in the bathroom, as well as a second turndown service in the evening. The rooms have a balcony or terrace facing the land side (JS2).
Optionally also bookable as Junior Suite Type B (with garden view, J2B), with side sea/pool view (PSJ) or with front sea view (JFM).

Junior Suite Wellness & Spa

With the same basic amenities as the junior suites, but with free entry to the indoor pool of the spacious wellness and spa area per adult aged 16+ (2XR, limited quota, subject to availability).

Junior Suite Swim Up

With the same basic amenities as the junior suites, these are located by the upper swimming pool, in the quieter area of the hotel. The Junior Suites with private sunbeds are on the level of the swimming pool, have 2 private sunbeds on the terrace, and are just a few steps away from the swimming pool (V2O).
'The Swim Up Junior Suites are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please therefore pay particular attention to your children when using this area and behave considerately.'

Maisonette

Located on the first and second floors and with the same basic amenities as the junior suites, the maisonettes are completely renovated and spacious. They additionally feature an espresso capsule machine, a separate sleeping area, and a second bathroom with a shower on the upper floor. Balcony with land/garden view (M2). Optionally also available with pool/side sea view (PSH).

Deluxe Suite

The renovated, spacious and luxuriously furnished suites have the same basic amenities as the junior suites but with a different decor, a sleeping area separated by a sliding door, and an espresso capsule machine. Balcony/terrace facing the land side (SDG). Optionally also with pool/side sea view (PSN).
Optionally also available by the upper swimming pool, in the quieter area of the hotel with 2 private sunbeds on the terrace and just a few steps away from the swimming pool (X2V).

Suite incl. Spa

The Deluxe Suites are located on the ground floor and additionally offer a sea-front terrace with a small heated private pool, aqua bike, and sea view. The luxurious bathroom features a whirlpool and a shower cubicle. Free entry to the indoor spa pool area per adult aged 16+ (S2S).

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Buffet breakfast. Half board includes dinner.
Meals are served in the main restaurant "Elia" with its extensive hot and cold buffets and daily show cooking. The Vitamin Buffet offers freshly squeezed juices in the morning and freshly cut fruit in the evening. Through a panoramic glass wall separating the restaurant and kitchen, guests can watch the kitchen staff prepare the meals.
With half board, dinner can also be taken in one of the à la carte restaurants, the Taverna "Yialos" or the "Roofgarden Restaurant Horizon". In the Taverna "Yialos", guests can choose between a set menu (no extra charge) and à la carte (with credit for half board); in the "Roofgarden Restaurant Horizon", guests can dine à la carte (with credit for half board).

Sports Included

Tennis, table tennis, darts, beach volleyball court, fitness room (from 16 years).

Children's Program

Separate children's pool (heated in April, May, and October) and playground. In the mini-club, children aged 4 to 12 are looked after by a multilingual team. In the evenings, there is a mini-disco in the amphitheater (or in the kids' club). Accompanied by an adult, children can use the heated indoor pool (at specific times, for a fee).

In the modern and luxurious "Spa & Health Club," relaxation and rejuvenation are paramount. The diverse range of massages, treatments, and rituals stimulates the senses, invigorates body and mind, and revitalizes, thereby strengthening overall well-being.
The extensive offering includes classic back, foot, and facial massages, sports massages, Back Hot Revival, beauty treatments, and aroma, water, and color therapy.
Facilities include a sauna, steam bath, Rasul, heated indoor pool with whirlpool, water grotto, and relaxation area for unwinding after treatments, as well as a tea and vitamin bar.
All spa services and treatments are subject to a fee, and access is only permitted for individuals aged 16 and over.

Entertainment

In the evenings, there is a Greek folklore night once a week and live music with changing programs 4-6 times a week. A daily sports, activities, and entertainment program for all ages and evening shows in the amphitheater are offered by an animation team.

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
