Location

Located in the small village of Astrakeri, surrounded by meadows and olive trees, the Angela Beach Hotel complex is situated directly on a small, natural sandy/pebble beach. Another stretch of beach can be reached in about 150 m, and further beaches are within walking distance. The nearest town, Roda, is approximately 1.5 km away and is easily and conveniently accessible several times a day via the hotel's free shuttle bus. The well-known town of Acharavi is about 4 km away, and the airport is approximately 43 km away.

The Angela Beach Hotel is a Schauinsland-Reisen original and features 580 rooms and apartments, including 190 Superior rooms, spread across the main building and several multi-story outbuildings. The hotel's amenities include a reception area with a 24-hour front desk, safety deposit boxes for rent, an elevator in the main building, seating areas, a souvenir shop/mini-market, and an air-conditioned cinema. Furthermore, the hotel has 2 buffet restaurants, one near the main building and the second in the Superior apartment area, as well as a rooftop bar perfect for a sundowner. In the outdoor area, there are three freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces and pool bars, a separate children's pool, and a brand new small water park with 2 slides. Younger guests can also let off steam on the new, large children's playground. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and seating are available for parents.
For those seeking tranquility, a small garden lounge area with outdoor sofas, Bali beds, hanging chairs, and 2 outdoor whirlpools has been available since summer 2024.
The garden area by the beach has also been redesigned since summer 2024: here you will now find a wooden deck with sun loungers, umbrellas, and panoramic sea views, a relaxation area with hammocks, and a new beach bar with comfortable seating for lingering. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the swimming pools and on the beach directly in front of the hotel. Beach towels are available to guests for a deposit, and a small fee is charged for changes. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge to all hotel guests within the complex.

The Double Rooms Sea View are located in the main building, are functionally furnished, and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, and a furnished balcony or terrace (DM/DMI).

Renovated in 2020, these rooms are designed in a modern style and are located in the outbuilding facing the sea. The Superior Junior Suites, designed in a modern style, are located in one of the outbuildings. They are more spacious than the double rooms and feature an additionally generously designed and visually separated living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, and toiletries, ceiling fan, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, safety deposit box for rent, kettle with coffee and tea set (refilled daily), and a furnished balcony with garden view (JU2/LN2).

All Superior Apartments are located on the upper floors of 4 different outbuildings and are modernly and attractively furnished. All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast is served in buffet style from 8-10 AM, lunch from 12:30-2 PM, and dinner from 7-9 PM for all hotel guests. From 10 AM to 4 PM and from 8 PM to 11 PM, gyros, fries, and tzatziki are available at the snack bar and one of the pool bars. Ice cream is available from 11 AM to 5 PM, and coffee, tea, and pastries are served from 4-5 PM.
Non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, cocoa, various soft drinks, juices, soda water, and national alcoholic beverages like beer, local red and white wine, brandy, and ouzo are available from 10 AM to 11 PM at the pool bars and the beach bar. Other national drinks such as vodka, rum, and kumquat are served from 1 PM to 11 PM.
The rooftop bar is open for soft drinks and beer from 10 AM to 6 PM, and from 6 PM to 11 PM for all other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages included in the All Inclusive program.
Appropriate attire is requested during meals.

International branded drinks, specialty coffees, and cocktails are subject to a charge. Drinks after 11 PM are also available for a fee.

Note on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
