Location

Approx. 80 m from the long pebble/sand beach. The center of Ipsos is approx. 100 m away. The distance to the airport is approx. 15 km.

Facilities

The holiday complex, surrounded by an olive grove, has a reception hall with a reception, a lounge, a bar with a TV corner (German programs) and a restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace.
The well-kept outdoor area has a pool with an integrated children's pool, sun terrace and pool/snackbar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach.

The double rooms are friendly furnished and have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (for a fee), safety deposit box, satellite TV, mini-fridge, telephone, and balcony (D).

Single Room

Like the double rooms, but without a balcony and with a view of the inner courtyard (E).

The family rooms consist of 2 double rooms with one bathroom and shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (for a fee), mini-fridge, safety deposit box, telephone, and a shared balcony with 2 access points (DF2).

Destination Information for Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01/01/2025.
