Location

The cozy hotel is located amidst untouched nature, directly on the beach, yet only about 300 m from the nearest shops, bars, and clubs in the center of Kavos. The airport is approx. 45 km away.

The modern adults-only hotel (bookable for guests aged 16 and over) has a total of 88 rooms, including 20 swim-up rooms, a reception, a restaurant, and a bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the premises.
Outside, you will find a large infinity pool directly on the beach, and another pool is exclusively available for guests of the swim-up rooms. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach; towels are provided for a deposit. The heart of the hotel is the "Venus Beach Club" with a Greek-international à la carte restaurant and a wine and cocktail bar. Here you can enjoy culinary delights during the day.

Double Room

The rooms, located on the 1st and 2nd floors, feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, kettle, and a furnished balcony with mountain and surrounding views (D/DI).
Also available with sea view (DM/DMI/DMA) or for single use with or without sea view (DE/DEM).

Double Room Superior Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, all feature a shower/WC, a large balcony, and are more spacious.
They offer a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea, the beach, and the mainland (DMU).

Double Room Annex Swim Up

The ground-floor rooms in the annex building are a Schauinsland-Reisen original and feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, kettle, and are located right next to the pool. The rooms offer pool views (DAX/DSI).
Since 2025, these rooms have been refreshed and the pool area has been equipped with new furniture. New Bali beds, cushions, and umbrellas will invite you to relax here.

Double Room Superior Swim Up

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Room Annex Swim Up but are more spacious. The rooms have a balcony/terrace with direct access to the pool (DWP/YU2).

Double Room Superior Outdoor Whirlpool

These spacious rooms are a Schauinsland-Reisen original and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, and kettle. The furnished terrace has sun protection and also features 2 sun loungers and a heated whirlpool (G2J).

Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, water, coffee and tea, local wine, draft beer, and local spirits (e.g., gin, whiskey, ouzo) as well as a selection of cocktails are included from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.

All Inclusive Plus (Q)

With All Inclusive Plus booking, all guests can expect an extensive breakfast buffet from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., lunch buffet from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner with show cooking stations from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
During the day, from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., a selection of hot and cold snacks, including gyros and pizza, are offered.
At the open bar, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as a selection of premium spirits are served from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. (no table service).
A wide selection of cocktails, such as Mojito, Aperol Spritz, and Strawberry Daiquiri, are also included in the All Inclusive Plus package.

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
