Location

The Kalypso Studios hotel is surrounded by olive groves and is located near the center of the lively town of Kavos on the island of Corfu. The sand/pebble beach in Kavos is approx. 120 m away, while the center of Kavos is approx. 150 m away. Shops are available just approx. 150 m from the hotel. The airport (CFU) is approx. 42 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, which was last partially renovated in 2022, is a single-story, second-row beach hotel with a total of 30 rooms spread across a main building and 3 outbuildings. It is equipped with a reception, a lobby bar, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a mini-market, a freshwater pool, and a parking lot (free of charge). A snack bar caters to your culinary needs, and refreshing drinks are served in a convivial atmosphere at the pool bar during the day and at the hotel bar in the evening. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee on the beach, while they are free of charge at the pool.

The cozy and simply furnished double rooms are approx. 25 m² in size and feature tiled floors, a kitchenette, a kettle, a rental safe, individually adjustable air conditioning (for a fee), a bathtub or shower/toilet, and a balcony or terrace (D).

Notice for climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
