Location

The modernly designed and spacious hotel complex is situated in a quiet location, directly on the approximately 400 m long, natural pebble beach of Agios Fokas with crystal-clear water. Wearing beach shoes is recommended. The center of Kos Town is about 7 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel, and the airport is approximately 32 km away.

The complex consists of a total of 256 rooms and comprises a main building as well as several annex buildings built on a slope, offering suites and bungalows with fantastic sea views. Clear colors and modern lines characterize the appearance of the complex, where modernity and tradition blend together in a particularly pleasant way in every area.
The main building houses the lobby with a 24-hour reception, a luggage room, a TV lounge, a reading corner, a buffet restaurant, and the main bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.
The spacious outdoor area features three swimming pools on different levels, a whirlpool, and sun terraces with lounges and umbrellas, which are available free of charge. The facilities are complemented by a pool bar, two adults-only relaxation lounges with beverage service, an à la carte restaurant with Italian cuisine (reservations required), and a souvenir shop with a mini-market.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach.

Double Room Sea View

The Double Rooms with sea view, decorated in white, are located either in the main building or on the first floor of the bungalows, offering beautiful sea views.
The high-quality amenities include a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, premium toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, a 43-inch LCD TV with international channels, direct dial telephone, safe, mini-fridge, espresso machine, kettle, coffee/tea station, and a balcony. The high-quality mattress, pillows, and luxurious cotton bedding ensure a restful sleep (DM). Can also be booked for single use (DEM).

Bungalow Garden View

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms, these bungalows feature an additional seating area amidst the gardens. They are located in the wonderful, well-maintained garden complex overlooking the Aegean Sea and boast a very modern white design. They are larger than the Double Rooms and have a large furnished terrace with garden view (B2A). Can also be booked with sea view (B2M/B2I).

Bungalow Beachfront

With the same amenities as the bungalows with garden view, these are located in the first row to the beach without an additional seating area in the gardens. Sun loungers and a furnished terrace are also provided (2BB).

Family Suite 2 Bedrooms Sea View

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms with sea view, these suites feature two separate bedrooms, two separate WCs, 2x 43'' LCD Smart TVs in the bedrooms, and an espresso machine. They are located in the annex building in a preferred location and overlook the pool and the sea. With balcony or terrace (22L).
When booking, guests can enjoy the following amenities:

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites with sea view are located in the annex building and have the same amenities as the Double Rooms with sea view. They are more spacious and offer an open sleeping area with an additional sofa bed in the lounge area, an espresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace (J2M/JMI).

Premium Junior Suite

The Premium Junior Suites are located in the annex building and have the same amenities as the Double Rooms with sea view. They are more spacious and offer a separate bedroom with an additional sofa bed in the lounge area, two LCD TVs, an espresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace (P2J).
Available with sea view for an additional charge (E2J/JMA).

Early bird breakfast from 6:30 AM to 7 AM (upon prior reservation).
Breakfast can be enjoyed either from 7 AM to 10:30 AM in the main restaurant or from 8 AM to 10:30 AM in the "Thalasa & Alati Restaurant," both in buffet style with show cooking.
Lunch is served buffet-style in the main restaurant or buffet-style with BBQ specialties in the "Thalasa & Alati Restaurant" (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM).
Dinner is served buffet-style in the main restaurant (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) or in "Thalasa & Alati" or alternatively in the à la carte restaurant. Once a week, with a minimum stay of 7 nights, dinner in the à la carte restaurant is included (drinks also included, reservation required).
Snacks, fresh fruit, desserts, and ice cream from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, midnight snacks (11 PM - 12 AM). Water, coffee, tea, soft drinks, house wine, draft beer, local and selected international alcoholic beverages, and cocktails at the open bar from 9 AM to 12:45 AM.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.
Wearing an AI bracelet is mandatory to utilize the services!

Sports included

Yoga, stretching, and water aerobics are offered.
The fitness room (for ages 16 and up), as well as the basketball court, mini-football, and tennis court (hard court), can be used at the neighboring Michelangelo Resort & Spa. Prior reservation is required.

Sports for a fee

Bicycles are available depending on availability. Water sports such as diving and kite surfing are located about 2 km away, and horseback riding is about 15 km away. All activities are offered by local providers.

For children, there are three children's pools, a mini club for ages 4-12 (several hours daily, 6 times a week), a mini disco, and a playground.

Wellness

The "Therme Spa" with indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, and whirlpool is available for a fee. In addition, various massages are offered, including outdoor massages, as well as manicures under a pavilion at the Dimitra Beach Hotel & Suites. A hairdresser, a beauty salon, and further treatments are located at the neighboring sister hotel, Michelangelo Resort & Spa. Access is permitted from age 16.

Climate Resilience Levy Notice
