The newly built Adults Only Hotel Theros All Suites, which can be booked for guests aged 16 and over, is located in the popular resort of Lambi, approx. 120 m from the pebble beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Kos Airport is approx. 22 km away.

The modern complex has 88 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, luggage storage, and a buffet restaurant (Greek/Mediterranean cuisine) with show cooking. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available free of charge. Parking is available on-site, subject to availability. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

The Suite Swim Up rooms, with other amenities the same as the Junior Suites, have a terrace with a seating area and access to a shared pool for 4 rooms (SPS).

Suite private Pool

These suites, with other amenities the same as the Junior Suites, have a private outdoor pool and sun loungers, as well as a terrace with a seating area, hanging chair and comfortable daybed (SP2).

Suite Premium private Pool

These suites, with other amenities the same as the Junior Suites, have a shower leading to the outdoor area, a large wardrobe and a living area with a sofa, as well as a private pool and terrace with a seating area, hanging chair and comfortable daybed (1 room; 2RN).

Note for climate resilience contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
