Location

The Mosay Kos All Suites Hotel is a new 5-star property for guests aged 12 and over, harmoniously blending local tradition with modern design. Situated directly on the beachfront, the hotel offers immediate access to the 'Lambi' beach section. The historic old town of Kos is only about 2.2 km away and easily accessible. Kos Airport is approximately 25 km from the resort, and a bus stop is located about 300 m away.

Built in 2025, the hotel features 127 rooms designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. The resort's amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant (Greek/Mediterranean) with an outdoor terrace, an à la carte restaurant (international), a pool bar, a beach bar, and a boutique. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.
The well-maintained outdoor area features six pools equipped with loungers and sun umbrellas. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also included on the beach. Bath towels can be borrowed free of charge.

The suites feature a shower/WC, cosmetic amenities, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, Smart/satellite TV, safe, minibar (for a fee), espresso machine, coffee/tea station, and a balcony (S2).
Optionally available with a whirlpool for an extra charge (S2J).

Superior Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the suites, these rooms feature a balcony with a magnificent sea view (SUM).

Premium Swim Up Suite

These rooms, with all other amenities being the same as the standard suites, are slightly more spacious and feature a terrace with direct access to the shared pool (W2U).

Deluxe Suite Private Pool

The Deluxe Suites with private pool are located on the ground floor and, with the same amenities as the Premium Suites, feature a terrace and a private pool (2RN).
Optionally, they are also available in a direct beachfront location (BSD) as Deluxe Suite Private Pool Beachfront, and can also be booked on the first floor with a balcony (SP2).

Suite Whirlpool

Similar to the Suite, with the addition of a whirlpool on the balcony (S2J).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
For stays during high season from 01.04 - 31.10:
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays during low season from 01.11 - 31.03:
