Location

The Atlantis hotel is located directly on the extensive sand/pebble beach and offers an ideal location near the island's capital. Kos town is only about 2 km away and impresses with numerous tavernas, bars, nightclubs, diverse shopping opportunities, and a varied entertainment program.
A bike path runs directly in front of the hotel, and a bus stop is located directly opposite. Kos Airport is approximately 30 km away.

Facilities

The hotel has 510 rooms, a 24-hour reception, a lounge with a terrace, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant with a terrace, a games room and an internet corner (both for a fee), a mini-market, and a souvenir shop. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area and in the rooms. The extensive garden area features pools, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a snack beach bar. Loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee.

The modernly furnished rooms are located in the main building or in the outbuildings. All rooms have a telephone, safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, satellite TV, refrigerator, bath/WC, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Also available with sea view (DM/DMA) for booking.

Double room Superior Panorama Sea View

The newly renovated rooms are located in the main building and feature a bathroom with bathtub, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, 2 single beds, an armchair or a sofa bed, a large flat-screen satellite TV, refrigerator, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, safe, coffee/tea maker with daily refill, Nespresso machine (refilled every other day), balcony, and are located on the 4th floor (2RA/DIM).

With otherwise identical furnishings to the double rooms, the family rooms have a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom (DF2). Also available with sea view for an extra charge (F2M).

Studios

These rooms have the same furnishings as the double rooms but are located in the garden area (S12).

Deluxe Beachfront Bungalow

The newly built Deluxe Beachfront Bungalows feature a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, ironing station, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine (free refills), room service, a furnished terrace, and direct sea view (D12 available on request).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 AM. International lunch is available from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner is served from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM in buffet style with show cooking.
From 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, cakes, ice cream, and hot and cold snacks are available. Soft drinks, draft beer, house wine, coffee, and tea, as well as a selection of cocktails and spirits, are included from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Selected local long drinks are offered from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
A gala dinner is held once a week.

Not included in All Inclusive

The beach bar (9 AM - 5 PM) is not included in the All Inclusive package.

Sports for a fee

Table tennis, billiards, and tennis.

Children's program

For the younger guests, there is a separate children's pool and a playground.

Entertainment

Light entertainment is provided six days a week with activities such as yoga, water aerobics, boccia, and beach volleyball. In the evening, varied shows are regularly presented.

Note for climate resilience contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018, onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
