Location

The Seaside Marmari Hotel, bookable for guests aged 12 and over, is located in Marmari. Situated directly on the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach and approx. 13 km from Kos International Airport. A bus stop with regular connections can be reached in approx. 100 m.

Facilities

The charming complex, fully renovated for 2024 and with only 19 rooms, is adults-friendly (bookable from 12 years) and offers a 12-hour reception, a lounge with terrace, a luggage room, Wi-Fi, and a restaurant serving Greek and international cuisine with a terrace. An beach bar is located in the outdoor area. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available at the beach for a fee.

Equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe (for a fee), flatscreen satellite TV with music channels, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea station, and a balcony (B2D).
Also available for single occupancy (B1D).

Double Room Deluxe Seafront

Located on the upper floor, with the same amenities as the Double Room Deluxe Seafront Ground Floor (L2B).
Also available for single occupancy (L1B).

Double Room Deluxe Outdoor Whirlpool

Located on the land side, with the same amenities as the Double Room Deluxe, and additionally features an outdoor whirlpool (WD2).

Half Board

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) buffet style, dinner is served à la carte (6:30 PM - 9:00 PM).
A bottle of mineral water is included with dinner.
Vegetarian dishes and special dietary meals are available upon request. Please ask at reception.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day per room from 01/01/2025.
