Location

The Stella Maris is located directly on the beach in the village of Marmari. The village offers shops, restaurants, and cafes. The airport is approx. 15 km away, and a bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The beautiful complex, partially renovated in 2025 (available for guests aged 5 and above), has 64 rooms spread across a main building and three annex buildings. It features a reception area with a front desk, a bar, and a restaurant. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex and on the beach (included). The outdoor area includes a swimming pool (10 AM - 6 PM) with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and for a fee on the beach.

Super Saver Room

The rooms have a bath/WC, bathroom amenities, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and a terrace or balcony. The rooms are located in the annex building on the land side and are slightly smaller than the double rooms (SSZ).

Double Room

The rooms have a bath/WC, bathroom amenities, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and a terrace or balcony (D). Optionally, with an extra charge, a pool view (PD), side sea view (DMS), or direct sea view (DM/DMI) is also available. Double rooms with sea view are also available for single occupancy (DEM/AME).

Half Board

Breakfast is served as a rich buffet (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) and dinner is served as a buffet in the restaurant (6:30 PM - 9:00 PM).

Hotel service

Daily room cleaning with towel change. Bed linen changed every 2 days.

Notice for climate resilience fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting from 01.01.2025.
