Location

The Paralos Kyma Dunes, newly built in 2023, is a sustainable and modern oasis for guests aged 16 and over. The sandy beach with crystal-clear water is easily accessible through the dunes. The nearest town is Mastichari, approximately 500 m from the hotel, while the island capital, Kos Town, is about 20 km away. The distance to the airport is approx. 5 km. A bus stop is within walking distance.

The Paralos Kyma Dunes, bookable as a schauinsland-reisen original, creates spaces with unmistakable character, authentic design, and flawless aesthetics. The 48 rooms and suites in a natural style foster a feel-good atmosphere. Guests are warmly welcomed at the 24-hour reception, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The Dunes Restaurant with its terrace offers an excellent culinary experience with Mediterranean dishes in a "Life Tastes Good" concept. Carefully designed gastronomy provides a selection of delicious dishes. The Ammos Bar offers a selection of national and international delicious mixed drinks and cocktails, mocktails, and smoothies, along with carefully selected premium beers, wines, and spirits. Additionally, there is a selection of coffees, freshly squeezed juices, non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a light lunch and finger food.
Between the buildings stretches the lagoon pool, which offers free sun loungers. On the north side, there is an additional relaxation pool, providing comfortable loungers for a relaxing day. The beach is comfortably accessible via a private path; here too, loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for carefree holidays.

Double Room Pool View

Warm, natural colors and modern design invite you to linger. In addition to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and cosmetic mirror, each room offers a hairdryer, high-quality care products with shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion, air conditioning, 43" HDMI TV (with internet connection and 10 German TV channels, as well as other programs in English, French, Dutch, and Italian), Bluetooth sound system, safe, mosquito nets on windows and balcony/terrace doors, espresso machine (2 capsules included daily), coffee/tea station with daily refills, mini-fridge (including 2 bottles of water upon arrival), and a furnished balcony/terrace (PD). A welcome gift awaits guests upon arrival. Bath towels are available free of charge.

With the same amenities and features as the Double Rooms with Pool View, the Premium Rooms offer sea views (2PM/PMI). Also bookable for single occupancy (1PM/PM1 - only bookable with All Inclusive).

Premium Double Room Sea View with Whirlpool

With the same amenities as the Premium Double Rooms with Sea View, these rooms are located on the first floor and feature a whirlpool on the balcony (PJM/PMO).
Also bookable for single occupancy (PEJ - only bookable with All Inclusive).

Premium Double Room Sea View Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Premium Double Rooms with Sea View, these rooms feature direct pool access and a private sun deck with poufs (DPJ). Also bookable for single occupancy (EBS).

Double Room Laguna Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms, these rooms are located around the lagoon pool with direct access and have a terrace with comfortable loungers (SWD). Also bookable for single occupancy (SWE - only bookable with All Inclusive).

Half Board / All Inclusive

From 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, the Dunes Restaurant offers a complete, diverse breakfast buffet with a wide selection of Greek specialties such as Greek cheese, yogurt, fresh fruits, or local honey, and beverages including coffee variations like Cafe Crema, Espresso, and Cappuccino, a selection of various juices, and a tea selection.
Additionally, a small early bird breakfast (7:00-7:30 AM) and a late riser breakfast (10:30-11:00 AM) are available.
Drinks are not included with dinner.
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes are available upon request and with prior reservation.
Dinner: a rich buffet with cold and hot dishes from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Vegan and gluten-free dishes are also available upon request and with prior reservation.
The cuisine is based on Greek and Mediterranean cuisine using local products.

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
