The wonderfully beautiful holiday complex, built in Greek style, meets high demands and is located in the immediate vicinity of the kilometer-long white sandy beach, which has been awarded the "Blue Flag". The picturesque fishing village of Mastichari with taverns and various shops is about 5 km away. Kos Town is about 18 km away. A public bus connection is nearby. The airport is about 8 km away.

The comfortable complex, with a total of 569 rooms, is located in a spacious, well-kept garden area that stretches to the sand dunes and offers a fantastic view of the island of Kalymnos. The main building houses an elegant reception hall with a 24-hour reception and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. Furthermore, this luxurious holiday complex offers a renovated dining room, numerous bars (some with a fantastic view of the sea), a gelato shop, a mini-market, and a shopping arcade with a jeweler, clothing, shoe, and leather goods store, a souvenir shop, and an ATM. A rich selection of local and international dishes can be enjoyed in the four different à la carte restaurants. The entire complex has four swimming pools (one is heated in April, May, and October), which are evenly distributed throughout the area, as well as a whirlpool. An indoor pool is also available. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge on the sun terraces and on the beach. There are also two beach bars. A mini water park provides great holiday fun for the little guests, while adults can indulge in the luxurious Neptune Spa.

Double Room

The double rooms are located in the main building and are individually and tastefully furnished with bath/WC, safe, hairdryer, telephone, coffee and tea maker, satellite TV with radio channel, individually regulated air conditioning, mini-fridge, mini-bar (on request, for a fee), bathrobes, slippers, bath amenities, and balcony (D). Optionally available with sea view at an additional charge (DM).

Single Room

Single rooms are double rooms for single occupancy (DE).

Double Room Superior

The Superior Double Rooms have been completely renovated and are modernly furnished. The rooms feature a walk-in shower, a 43" HD TV, a body scale, an alarm clock radio with USB charging, and are slightly more spacious (DSU) than the double rooms with the same amenities. Also available for single occupancy (DSE) at an additional charge.
Also available with sea view (DMU, bookable on request) or with a private pool (U2P, bookable on request).

Double Room Deluxe

The completely renovated and modernly equipped Deluxe Double Rooms feature a 43" HD TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, an alarm clock radio with USB charging, telephone, coffee/tea maker, mini-fridge, walk-in rain shower, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe, various bath amenities, and a balcony or terrace. These rooms are located in the bungalow buildings. A mini-bar is available on request and for a fee. Upon arrival, guests receive a bottle of wine in their room (DD2/D2I/DDA). Also available for single occupancy (DD1).
Optionally available with sea view for an additional charge (DDM/also as single occupancy (DM1)) or with a private pool (U2P, bookable on request).

Apartment Superior

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, the Superior Apartments have a combined living and sleeping area with a modern kitchen and dining table, bath/WC, and a separate bedroom. These rooms are mainly located in the 4000 blocks (A2U).
Also available in the first row to the beach (S1R, with entitlement to breakfast at the Osteria Restaurant/depending on hotel occupancy, bookable on request). Additionally, a bottle of wine is provided upon arrival and a bottle of water is provided in the room daily.

Executive Apartment

With the same amenities as the Superior Apartments, the Executive Apartments have an additional bedroom and a second bathroom. These rooms are located in the 4000 blocks (A2X).
Available in the first row to the beach (EP1, with entitlement to breakfast at the Osteria Restaurant/depending on hotel occupancy, bookable on request). Additionally, a bottle of wine is provided upon arrival and a bottle of water is provided in the room daily.

Family Room Superior

The Superior Family Rooms consist of two renovated Superior Double Rooms with a connecting door (F2U).
The rooms are located in the bungalow buildings in the immediate vicinity of the Olympic Pool.

Family Room Deluxe

The Deluxe Family Rooms consist of two renovated Deluxe Double Rooms with a connecting door (2DF).
The rooms are mainly located around the Olympic Pool.

Family Suite

With otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the Family Suites have a Deluxe Double Room and a Suite with a connecting door. These rooms are located in the bungalow buildings (2FS/on request).

Luxury Suite

The completely renovated and modernly equipped Luxury Suites with side or direct sea view have a living room (incl. sofa bed) and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a rain shower/WC, 2 HD TVs, individually adjustable air conditioning, alarm clock radio with USB charging, telephone, safe, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, SMEG refrigerator (filled on arrival and included, rest for a fee), hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, exclusive bath amenities, pillow menu, and turn-down service, and are located in the bungalow buildings (2LS/on request). Guests are entitled to breakfast at the Osteria Restaurant/depending on hotel occupancy.

Luxury Suite 2 Bedrooms

With the same amenities as the Luxury Suite, these feature an additional bedroom (2 single beds), a second bathroom, terrace, and sea view. Additionally, a private pavilion is available on the beach (2ZM/on request). Guests are entitled to breakfast at the Osteria Restaurant/depending on hotel occupancy.

Executive Suite

The renovated and modernly furnished Executive Suites are located in the bungalow buildings and feature a living/sleeping area, 2 separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Room amenities include exclusive toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, 3 HD TVs, alarm clock radio with USB charging, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, SMEG refrigerator (filled on arrival and included, rest for a fee), telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, pillow menu, safe, turn-down service, and balcony or terrace (ES2/on request). Guests are entitled to breakfast at the Osteria Restaurant/depending on hotel occupancy.

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast buffet in the main restaurant. With half board, dinner is also served in the main restaurant with a rich buffet.
Vegetarian dishes and special dietary meals are available on request. Please contact reception for details.
Alternatively, the main meal can be enjoyed à la carte in one of the restaurants for an additional charge (7 PM - 11 PM).
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (long or knee-length trousers and closed shoes for men).
Only one type of meal plan is allowed per booking!

Information on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 01.01.2025.
