Location

Gaia Royal is located near the fishing village of Mastichari, about 10 km from the airport and around 20 km from the harbor. The sandy/pebble beach is just a few minutes' walk away and offers a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea. Regular public bus services to Kos Town and Mastichari are available, with the nearest stop approximately 700 meters away. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere makes the hotel an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday.

The resort is built in a Greek village style and consists of a main building and several two-story bungalows. The entire complex covers 70,000 m² with a total of 311 rooms, beautiful gardens, reception, lobby with Wi-Fi, satellite TV area, main restaurant with terrace, as well as a mini-market and a souvenir shop. In the well-kept outdoor area, there are three swimming pools with free sunshades and loungers, as well as 2 pool bars. Pool towels are available for a deposit, and a change incurs a small fee. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach can be used for a fee. Parking is available at the hotel.

Superior Double Room

The renovated superior double rooms, with the same amenities as the double rooms, feature a completely renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower (DSU). Also bookable for single use (DAE). Also bookable as a Superior Double Room Comfort (CU2).
Optionally bookable with a side sea view (D2S). Also optionally bookable for single use (D1S).

American breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch also as a buffet from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner buffet from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Snacks from 10 AM to 6 PM (hot and cold snacks) at the pool bar. Drinks from 10 AM to 11 PM included at the bars (local soft drinks, juices, filter coffee, house wine, draft beer, Ouzo, whiskey, gin, rum, tequila, and vodka). Coffee and tea time daily from 4 PM to 5 PM. Cakes and cookies are also served during coffee time. Ice cream is available from 11 AM to 5 PM.

All Inclusive Plus (Q)

When booking All Inclusive Plus, the following is also included:
A set of one umbrella and two sunbeds on the beach, branded bottled beer, refreshments, and instant coffee at the beach bar. Bottled mineral water at the bars. Evening snacks at the snack bar from 9 PM to 11 PM. Branded soft drinks, branded bottled beer, branded wine/alcoholic branded drinks, and cocktails at the bars. (Special cocktails & alcoholic drinks for a fee). Free change of beach/pool towels.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy
