Location

The Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel is ideally located directly on the Blue Flag beach, adjacent to the Psalidi area. The vibrant center of Kos Town is only about 3.5 km away and easily accessible via a well-maintained cycling path. A bus stop is located just approx. 26 m from the hotel, offering regular bus services multiple times a day. The long pebble beach is about 30 m away. Kos Airport is approximately 27 km away.

The Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel is a sprawling, modern hotel complex of a higher category with a total of 338 rooms. The complex consists of a main building and eight bungalow buildings, harmoniously integrated into a lushly landscaped garden.
The main building houses a 24-hour reception, a welcoming lobby, a TV room, a souvenir shop, a jeweler, and three restaurants and five bars. The individual buildings are arranged around a spacious garden area with several sunbathing lawns.
Facilities include two seawater pools, another pool with three water slides, an integrated children's pool, and a whirlpool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge throughout the complex; modern and comfortable wooden loungers are provided on the beach at no extra cost. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

Double Room Pool View

These rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, telephone, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, 32'' flat-screen satellite TV, safe, marble floor, pool towels, pool view, and a balcony or terrace (approx. 32 sqm) (PD).
Available as a double room with pool or sea view (PM) or with direct sea view (DM) upon request.
Also available for single occupancy with pool view (PDE) or direct sea view (DEM).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these also feature a Nespresso machine with capsules, fresh flowers, and a pillow selection (DD2).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms have a garden view and additionally feature a connected room with a sliding door and extra sleeping facilities (DF2). Available with sea view (F2M), pool view (FP2), or private pool (R2F) upon request.

Mitsis offers exquisite culinary delights and a wide variety of drinks around the clock.
Early bird breakfast from 4-7 AM, a lavish breakfast buffet from 7-10:30 AM including freshly squeezed orange juice, smoothies, and a Greek corner with local delicacies. Lunch from 12:30-2:30 PM in buffet form. For dinner from 6:30-9:30 PM, there are alternating theme nights (4x per week), presented as a generous buffet. Additionally, the main restaurant buffet offers a vegetarian selection for lunch and dinner. Beer, wine, soft drinks, water, espresso, cappuccino, and juices are served with meals. From 9:30 PM to 4 AM, a buffet with cold and hot dishes is also available.
An extensive range of à la carte restaurants and bars cater to every desire.

Italian À la carte Restaurant "Il Grande Forno":
From 9 AM-12 PM (except Saturdays), à la carte brunch is available, and from 6:30 PM-9:30 PM, freshly prepared Italian delicacies are served.

From 6:30 PM-9:30 PM (except Thursdays), delicious meat dishes and salads are prepared.
Beach Bar & Canteen:
Offers refreshments, beer, and long drinks from 10 AM-6 PM (until midnight in July/August). Additionally, gyros, burgers, hot dogs, and salads are available from 12 PM-5 PM.
Main Bar:
From 10 AM-midnight, the main bar in the main building is a meeting point with a diverse offering of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, hot beverages, and afternoon coffee.
Sunset Lounge Bar:
The ideal place for an aperitif before or a drink after dinner, offering various refreshments from 6 PM-2 AM.
Crêperie-Gelateria:
From 10 AM-6 PM, enjoy delicious pastries and ice cream.
The "Chess" Bar:
A quiet pool bar to enjoy a relaxed cocktail. Drinks are served from 10 AM-midnight. From 8 PM-midnight, an extended cocktail menu is available.
"Aqua" Pool Bar:
Located directly by the water slides, this bar offers refreshments, hot drinks, and slushies from 10 AM-6 PM. Toast and sandwiches can also be ordered.
At the Aqua Bar, there are also various stalls with cotton candy and popcorn during the day (in July/August).
Lunch packages can be prepared for excursions; please register at the reception the day before by 8 PM.
Vegetarian and special dietary meals are available upon request. Please contact the reception for details.

Sports included

Trekking and bike tours, mini-football, basketball and football court, games room, tennis court (with floodlights and equipment), table tennis, darts, archery, outdoor gym equipment, beach volleyball, water polo, canoes, and pedal boats.

Sports for a fee

Water sports center with water skiing, jet skiing, parasailing, ringo, banana boat, etc., as well as horse riding (on horses or ponies, upon request), billiards, table football, windsurfing and kitesurfing, and diving.

Children's program

The hotel offers a versatile range of leisure activities for children and teenagers. These include a freshwater children's pool with slides, a playground, and a children's restaurant. The Mini Club is open to children aged 4 to 7, while the Maxis (8–12 years) are supervised in July and August. For teenagers aged 13 to 16, the Junior Club is available in July and August. The program is rounded off by a mini-disco and a games room for teenagers, which can be used for a fee.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
