Location

The small, family-run complex is located 150 m from the long sandy beach of Tigaki. Restaurants, tavernas, and shops are within walking distance. The nearest bus stop with connections to Kos Town can be reached in approx. 400 meters. The airport is approx. 16 km away.

The small, family-run hotel, very popular with regular guests, has 41 rooms spread across three floors. The complex was completely renovated in 2023 and is equipped with a lobby featuring a 24-hour reception. Further facilities include the "Vasilis" à la carte restaurant and a pool/snack bar. The outdoor area features a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a children's pool. Sun loungers are available for a fee on the beach. Additional amenities include a mini-market and a souvenir shop. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.

Accommodation

Junior Suite

The spacious junior suites are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, and toiletries. The bedroom features a double or twin bed. The separate living room offers a sofa which can be used as a sleeping space for a third person. Further amenities include a microwave, kettle, and a minibar with a dining area. A safe, two satellite TVs, air conditioning, and a furnished balcony/terrace are also provided (JS2).

With the same amenities as the junior suites, these rooms do not have a sofa bed in the living area, but instead feature a second bedroom with two single beds and a pool view (DF2).

Note for Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience contribution, payable locally by the guest, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01.01.2025.
