The luxurious boutique hotel offers a relaxed holiday atmosphere, combining the aesthetics of an island village with the elegance and exclusive amenities of a high-end resort. It exudes retro glamour through its gleaming corridors, fabulous terraces, magnificent guest rooms, and personal service. The complex consists of a main building and a total of 67 bungalow-style suites, maisonettes, and villas, all individually decorated and furnished with handcrafted furniture and designer fabrics. The Mediterranean buffet restaurant and a gourmet restaurant, as well as an external taverna, can be used for a fee. The lobby bar and the "Confetti Pool Lounge" also provide refreshments. A large seawater outdoor pool with a whirlpool, a 300-meter-long beach, a range of leisure activities, and state-of-the-art wellness facilities are also available to guests. Family Suite Deluxe

The Family Suites offer a unique sense of luxury and comfort. The elegantly furnished entrance area leads to a spacious dressing and grooming area, as well as an en-suite marble bathroom with a sink and walk-in shower and a separate toilet with a sink.
The suites consist of a combined living/sleeping area, a separate bedroom (separated by a sliding door) and feature individually adjustable air conditioning, tiled floors, a safe, an espresso machine, a coffee/tea station, a minibar (for a fee), a telephone, a TV (flat screen, in the bedroom, German channels, DVD player), and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bathrobe and slippers, magnifying mirror, luxurious toiletries, and hairdryer. The large balcony (land view, towards the parking lot) has seating and invites you to relax.
Upon arrival, mineral water, wine, and a fruit basket are provided for guests (2F1).

Deluxe Bungalow Suite

The bungalow suites, built in a village style, are nestled amidst exotic palm trees and lush Cretan gardens. Consisting of a living area and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, they feature individually adjustable air conditioning, tiled floors, a safe, an espresso machine, a coffee/tea station, a minibar (for a fee), a telephone, an LCD satellite TV, a shower/toilet, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, a magnifying mirror, a personal scale, and luxurious toiletries. The private, fully furnished veranda or terrace is ideal for romantic breakfasts or evening drinks (LX2).

Deluxe Bungalow Suite Private Pool

Offering the same amenities and location as the Deluxe Bungalow Suites, these feature a private pool (2RN). The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please pay particular attention to your children when using this area and act with caution.

Caramel Maisonette

The elegant maisonettes are designed in an open split-level layout in a village bungalow style amidst Mediterranean gardens. They are equipped on the first floor with a king-size bed and on the ground floor with a single bed/sofa bed in the living/sleeping area, and feature individually adjustable air conditioning, tiled floors, a safe, an espresso machine, a coffee/tea station, a minibar (for a fee), a telephone, an LCD TV with satellite channels, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bathrobe and slippers, magnifying mirror, luxurious toiletries, and hairdryer. The private, fully furnished terrace with garden view is ideal for romantic breakfasts or evening drinks.

Caramel Villa 2 Bedrooms

The stylish villas offer two magnificent master suites on one or two levels for added privacy. They feature handcrafted floor tiles, a master bedroom with a "Simmons" master king-size double bed on the first floor with a private veranda, a combined living and sleeping suite on the ground floor with a king-size bed and an optional additional single bed. The accommodations also have one or two spa-style marble bathrooms, each with one or two sinks and a walk-in shower, and a private open-air hydromassage bathtub on the top floor (in selected villas), individually adjustable air conditioning, a safe, an espresso machine, a coffee/tea station, a minibar (for a fee), a telephone, an LCD TV with satellite channels, bathrobe and slippers, magnifying mirror, luxurious toiletries, hairdryer, and a private beach pavilion (VCZ).

Beach Villa 2 Bedrooms Seafront

The villas evoke a Mediterranean beach house with spacious rooms, direct sea views, and refined design in white and ivory with blue accents. The ground floor features an entrance area leading to an open-plan living area and a bedroom suite. Here you will find a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a lounge area that can also serve as a sleeping space for a child. The large spa-inspired bathroom has spacious closets for added comfort. The upper floor of the villa houses a second master bedroom suite with direct views of the Cretan Sea and a stylish bathroom. The large, fully furnished balcony and spacious veranda make outdoor relaxation a pleasure.
The rooms include a combined living/sleeping area, individually adjustable air conditioning, tiled floors, a safe, an espresso machine, a coffee/tea station, a minibar (for a fee), a telephone, a TV (flat screen, in the bedroom, German channels, DVD player), and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bathrobe and slippers, magnifying mirror, luxurious toiletries, and hairdryer. Buffet breakfast at the main restaurant "The Caramel" (7:00 AM - 10:30 AM) and dinner at the buffet restaurant "The Caramel" (High season: 7:00 PM - 9:15 PM, Low season: 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM).
Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed at one of the à la carte restaurants with a credit of €20 per adult and €10 per child. Reservations are required.
Drinks during dinner are subject to a charge.
Children up to 12 years of age also have access to snacks at "Grecoland" (11:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and there is a "Tasty Corner" for children in the main restaurant (12:30 PM - 2:00 PM).

Buffet breakfast at the main restaurant "The Caramel" (7:00 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch at the pool restaurant (12:30 PM - 4:30 PM), dinner at the buffet restaurant "The Caramel" (High season: 7:00 PM - 9:15 PM, Low season: 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM). With a minimum stay of 7 nights, dinner can also be enjoyed once in each of the three à la carte restaurants (reservations required). One of the à la carte restaurants is the external taverna "Agreco Farm," offering traditional and local Cretan cuisine in a rustic setting.
For children up to 12 years old, free snacks and refreshments are available at "Grecoland." Additionally, there is a special "Tasty Corner" for children at the lunch buffet and free à la carte dinners from a special children's menu.
Light snacks, such as sandwiches or salads from our own produce, are offered throughout the day at the "Confetti Pool Lounge" (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10:00 AM to midnight at the respective open bar.

Information on climate resilience contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
