Location

The hotel is located about 250 m from the Monofatis Bay (sand/pebble beach), situated on a slope. A free mini-bus shuttle service runs 5 times daily to the swimming bay located below the hotel. The center of Agia Pelagia is about 2 km away. For a change of scenery, you can find quaint tavernas, bars, and cozy restaurants in the town center and along the Agia Pelagia promenade. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 28 km.

Facilities

Terrace with wicker furniture and plant decor at sunset overlooking a coastal landscape.
The quietly located complex comprises a total of 209 rooms spread across 5 buildings (between 50m and 250m from the main building, with partly steep access, also via stairs). The main building offers guests a lobby bar, Wi-Fi (included, also in annex buildings), and seating areas in the lobby. The buffet restaurant with a non-smoking area, the à la carte restaurant “Panorama” (open depending on weather), the Mini Spa facilities, a fitness area, and a mini-market are also available to guests. The well-maintained outdoor areas feature six swimming pools (including 2 children's pools, one with a slide), a sun terrace with views of the sea and the bay, and two pool/snack bars. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pools and are available for a fee at the public beach.

Double Room Sea View

The friendly decorated rooms are located in the main building and have a bath or shower/WC, tiled floors, hairdryer, telephone, safety deposit box (for a fee), satellite TV with music channel, mini-fridge, individually adjustable air conditioning (hot/cold), and a balcony or terrace with sea view (DM/DMI).

Double Room Type A

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but without a sea view. These rooms are located in the annex buildings (DA). Also available for single occupancy (DEA).

Executive Double Room Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view, these rooms offer additional toiletries and are also located in the main building (EXM). Also available with an outdoor whirlpool (2JX).

Double Room Luxury Sea View Private Pool

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view, plus additional toiletries, a private pool, and are located in the main building. Guests in this room type receive a welcome package upon arrival, consisting of a fruit basket and house wine. Further services include complimentary pool towel service and complimentary in-room breakfast service (upon request). Additionally, slippers, bathrobes, and coffee/tea making facilities are provided in the room. Safe usage is free of charge. For stays of at least 7 days, there is the possibility of a complimentary set menu dinner at the Panorama à la carte restaurant. Drinks are excluded. (PPZ)

Family Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms and are located in the annex building (2FA).

These rooms have the same amenities as the family rooms but are more spacious and have a sea view (2FM).

Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the family rooms with sea view, these suites additionally feature bathrobes, slippers, bath towels, and a whirlpool on the balcony or terrace with sea view (S2M).

Note for Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government has introduced a Climate Resilience Contribution, which is payable by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax.
