The hotel is located directly on the long sandy/pebble beach of Ammoudara. Taverns, bars, and shops are partly in the immediate vicinity of the hotel or in the center of Ammoudara, approx. 2 km away.

The beautiful and modern hotel with a total of 136 rooms offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, Wi-Fi (included), TV lounge, a main restaurant, and a pool/snackbar. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available by the pool and on the beach and are included. Bath towels are provided to guests upon deposit.

Double Room Superior with side sea view

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, these rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, bathrobes, slippers, a mini-fridge (daily bottle of water and a bottle of wine included upon arrival), and a side sea view (D2S/2I/AMS).

Double Room Premium

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, these rooms feature toiletries, a safe, and a Nespresso machine. The Premium rooms have been newly renovated. Wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and a fruit basket are provided upon arrival (GP2/DA).

American breakfast with show cooking (7:15 AM - 10:00 AM), late riser breakfast until 10:30 AM, lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) and dinner (7:00 PM - 9:30 PM) are served buffet-style.
Snacks are available at the pool bar from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM, ice cream from 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, and coffee/tea and pastries are available in the afternoon from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bar from 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM.

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from €0.50 to €15 per day per room from 01.01.2025.
