Location

The family-friendly hotel is separated from the sand/pebble beach by only a small road. There are rock formations in the sea, so beach shoes are recommended. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity. Chersonissos is approx. 3 km away and Heraklion approx. 24 km away.

The resort consists of a main building and several bungalow buildings with a total of 351 rooms and features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, 2 lifts, TV corner, Wi-Fi (included), shopping arcade with mini-market, souvenir and jewelry shop, laundry service (for a fee). In addition to the main restaurant, five themed restaurants (Italian, Asian, and Cretan/Greek specialties, fish, and Pop Up Grill (adults only in July and August)) as well as a crêperie and five bars (including an adults-only bar with champagne, wine & sushi) offer guests culinary variety. The extensive grounds include 4 swimming pools and a children's pool, as well as 2 water slides for children. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available free of charge.

Super Saver Room

The spacious rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, individually controlled air conditioning, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, bath towels, slippers, telephone, hairdryer, satellite TV, and a safe. The minibar is included and refilled daily. Upon arrival, nuts, dried fruit, and a bottle of wine are provided. The rooms are also equipped with a coffee machine, and the capsules for it are also refilled daily. All rooms have a balcony or terrace with land view (SSZ). Can also be booked as a double room for single occupancy (DE).

With the same amenities as the Super Saver Rooms, these rooms have a terrace and are located within the garden area (B2A).

Bungalow Sea View Whirlpool

With the same amenities as the Super Saver Rooms, these rooms have a balcony or terrace with sea view. Additionally, a whirlpool is available on the balcony or terrace (BJM).

Family Room

In addition to the amenities of the Super Saver Rooms, the family rooms feature a separate sleeping area divided by a sliding door. The rooms are located in the bungalow area or the main building (DF2). Optionally available with sea view (F2M) or with a sharing pool (without sea view) (F2H).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please pay special attention to your children when using this area and act with caution.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
