The hotel complex is located directly on the sandy/pebble beach of Anissaras, next to the sister hotel "Mitsis Royal Mare". Shops and entertainment venues are within walking distance. Heraklion Airport is approx. 23 km away.

The hotel has 344 rooms and offers a reception hall with a 24-hour reception and lobby, a mini-market, a main restaurant, a tavern, a beach restaurant, and 4 bars. The outdoor area features an amphitheater, 5 seawater pools with sun terraces, 3 pool bars, and 3 children's splash pools. Bath towels, loungers, and sunshades are included by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

Bungalow

The bungalows have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually regulated air conditioning, safe (included), Wi-Fi (included), refrigerator, minibar (refilled every 2 days), telephone, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, welcome package (wine and water), and a furnished balcony or terrace with sea view (B2M).
Also available for single use (B1A).

Bungalow Seafront

Equipped the same as the bungalows, with the addition of bathrobes and slippers, and located in a seafront position (WF2).

Family Room

The family rooms have the same amenities as the bungalows but are more spacious (DF2).
Also available with sea view (F2M).

Family Apartment

The family apartments consist of one bedroom and a living/sleeping area and have the same amenities as the bungalows (2AF).
Also available with sea view (2AW).

American breakfast (7-10:30 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM) and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) served as a buffet in the main restaurant "Veranda". Early continental breakfast from 4-7 AM and a late buffet from 10 PM to 4 AM.
Lunch is also available as a buffet from 12:30 PM to 3 PM at the beach restaurant "Thalassa".
Once a week (minimum stay of 4 days), dinner can also be enjoyed at the beach restaurant "Thalassa" or the tavern "La Pergola" (6:30 PM - 10 PM) (subject to availability).
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, such as soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, juices, beer, wine, spirits, long drinks, and cocktails are available around the clock at the open bars.
Food and drinks are available on a self-service basis at all times.

Climate Resilience Levy Information

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays during high season (April 1 - October 31):
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays during low season (November 1 - March 31):
