Location

The Anissa Oasis Beach is ideally located in Anissaras, approximately 400m from the sandy beach. The lively town of Chersonissos, with its numerous restaurants, bars, entertainment, and shopping facilities, is only about 4 km away. A public bus connection is available approximately 800m away. The distance to Heraklion Airport is about 22 km.

Facilities

The hotel, newly built for summer 2026, offers a total of 150 rooms. It features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, seminar rooms, and Wi-Fi throughout the premises. It also includes a spa center with indoor and outdoor pools, a main restaurant, a themed restaurant, and a lobby bar. The attractive outdoor area boasts a main pool with a pool/snack bar, an outdoor fitness corner, and a relaxation zone with an additional freshwater pool. Comfortable loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the pool and the nearby beach; beach towels are also available at no extra cost.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room

These rooms feature a bathroom with a toilet and a separate walk-in shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, a rental safe, telephone, flat-screen satellite TV with music channels, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea making facilities, a minibar (daily replenished with soft drinks, still water, and beer), and a balcony or terrace (DSU). Also available as a Superior Promo room (2US, run of house, without special amenities like bathrobes, slippers, coffee/tea station, daily minibar refills) or for single occupancy (DSE).

Comfort Superior Double Room

These rooms offer the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, plus a sofa bed, and are slightly more spacious (DAS/DSI). Also available for single occupancy (DAE).

Comfort Superior Double Room with private pool

These rooms offer the same amenities as the Comfort Superior Double Rooms, plus a private pool (can be heated for a fee). This room type is bookable for guests aged 6 and above (U2P/Q2I).

Suite

These rooms offer the same amenities as the double rooms and feature a living/sleeping area with sofa beds, and a separate bedroom (S2).

Suite with private pool

These suites offer the same amenities as the standard suites, plus a private pool (can be heated for a fee). This room type is bookable for guests aged 6 and above (SP2).

Family Loft

These rooms are designed in a duplex style and offer the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but with two separate rooms. The lower floor is equipped with twin beds and a bathroom with a separate walk-in shower, while the upper floor also has twin beds and a toilet (DF2).

Meals

Half Board, All Inclusive, Ultra All Inclusive

All meals are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed once a week in the themed restaurant (reservations required).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 3 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Early bird breakfast is available from 5 AM to 7 AM upon request (reservations required the evening before by 8 PM). Late riser's breakfast (continental) is from 10 AM to 10:30 AM. Dinner can be enjoyed once a week in the themed restaurant (reservations required).
From 10 AM to 6 PM, delicious snacks are offered at the pool/snack bar.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 AM to 11 PM at the bar that is open.

Ultra All Inclusive

For guests with Ultra All Inclusive, the service extends until midnight. Selected branded alcoholic beverages are included in the hotel's own bars and the bars of the sister hotel Anissa Beach & Village. A special wine list includes bottled wines served by the glass.
Freshly squeezed orange juice is available at breakfast. Furthermore, upon prior reservation, dinner can be enjoyed daily in the hotel's themed restaurant or in the themed restaurants of the Anissa Beach.
One fish dinner is included per stay.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays in the high season (April 1st - October 31st):
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays in the low season (November 1st - March 31st):
