Location

The modern hotel, renovated in 2022/2023, is centrally located, approx. 50 m from the sandy beach and the harbor. The center of Hersonissos is approx. 300 m from the hotel. The island capital Heraklion and the airport located there are approx. 28 km away.

Facilities

The hotel with a total of 150 rooms offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, 3 elevators, a lounge, a satellite TV area, a restaurant with international and Greek dishes and an Asian corner, as well as the à la carte restaurant "The Burger House". Wi-Fi is available in the hotel. In the outdoor area, two freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces offer relaxation. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included here. Drinks are available at the "Summer Salt" pool bar and "kafeneio" pool bar or at the "Know Bar" on the beach (weather permitting, approximately from mid-May to mid-September). Bath towels are available for a deposit. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee on the beach.

Double room

The double rooms are comfortably furnished. They also have a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, 50" satellite LCD TV, air conditioning, a rental safe, a mini-fridge, a kettle (available hourly during high season), and a balcony or terrace (D). Optionally available with a side sea view (DMS/DIS) or as a super-saver room (SSZ).

Single room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms (DE).

Suite

The spacious suites were completely renovated for Summer 2024 and, with the same amenities as the double rooms, feature a combined living/bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed, as well as an additional 50" Smart Sat.-TV (S2).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9 PM) are served buffet-style with show cooking. An Asian corner is available in the main restaurant during dinner. There is also a themed evening once a week. Dinner can be enjoyed daily at the "The Burger House" restaurant (reservations required). Draft beer, house wine, soft drinks, still water, tea, and coffee are included with meals.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as draft beer, house wine, soft drinks, still water, tea and coffee, brandy, raki, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, and ouzo are available from 10 AM to 12 AM. There is also a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Coffee, tea, cakes, or pastries are served from 4 PM to 5 PM.
Smart casual attire is requested in all indoor areas of the hotel after 6:30 PM. Sport shorts and flip-flops are not permitted in the restaurants.

Note for climate resilience contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
