The Creta Maris Resort offers a high-quality All-Inclusive package and is located near Hersonissos, directly on a beautiful bay with a sandy/pebble beach, approximately 250 meters long and awarded the "Blue Flag". The small harbor and shopping streets, as well as bars and tavernas, are just a few minutes' walk away. Heraklion Airport is about 24 km away.

The spacious hotel complex consists of 2 main buildings and a bungalow area in a village style. A section of the main building has been exclusively designated for adults (16 years and older) since summer 2025. The hotel has 675 rooms and a pool villa, offering a large reception hall with a 24-hour reception, several elevators, lounge areas with TV, internet corners (included), high-speed Wi-Fi (included), two main restaurants, five à la carte restaurants (one of which is the seafood restaurant "Alatsi", which is exclusively reserved for guests aged 16 and over on certain days), six snack points, and nine bars. Further facilities include a mini-market, a boutique, a jeweler, a hairdresser, rooms for late departures, a fitness center (included), an open-air cinema "Cine Creta Maris" (1 free ticket per person per stay, June to September, cinema bar for a fee), a spa, and an indoor pool (heated). Additionally, the hotel features the newly opened "Nami" wine cellar in 2025 (for a fee, for ages 16 and over, reservation required). The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features a total of 17 swimming pools (including 5 children's pools) and a whirlpool.
Guests have access to a water park covering approx. 4,000 m² with five slides (age and height restrictions apply), a swimming pool with many water games, a multi-level play area with waterfalls, jets, slides, and a water volcano for children, as well as a relaxation area with seating and a bar serving drinks and snacks.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach; beach towels are also included.
The resort also offers the "Exclusive Adult" rooms area. This is located in the eastern part of the hotel and can only be used by guests staying in these rooms (minimum age 16 years). This area offers exclusive access to the "Spira" pool and three small heated pools. Additionally, the beach section there with gazebos, sun loungers, and a SPA pavilion, as well as the "Sima" bar, are exclusively for guests of these rooms. A separate section in the main restaurant is also reserved for guests of these rooms.

The double rooms are comfortably furnished with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi (included), Smart TV (with Netflix access), safe, minibar (stocked on arrival, free refill once a week), coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine, furnished balcony or terrace, located in the main buildings or in the bungalows, and have a mountain view (DD2, also available under HER732 as D2I).
Optionally also available with sea view (DDM/MDI, also available under HER732 as 2B) or as a super-saver room (SSZ, also available under HER732 as XD2).
Optionally also available for single use with mountain/garden view (DD1/1TA, also available under HER732 as D1I) or with sea view (DM1/AME, also available under HER732 as 1B).

Bungalow

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are located in the bungalows with garden view and also feature a balcony or terrace (2BD/BI2, bookable under HER732).
Optionally bookable under code HER232 as pool front (2UQ) and pool front for single use (1UQ), or under code HER732 also with sea view (B2I), for single use (1BD), or for single use with sea view (B1M).

Double Room Exclusive Adult Only

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but will be renovated for summer 2026 and are located in the "Exclusive Adult" area. They offer access to certain facilities (2OA, also available under HER732 as DDA). More information in the hotel services.
Optionally also available with sea view (AOM/DDD, also available under HER732 as DDB), bookable under code HER732 for single use with mountain/garden view (DEA), or also under code HER732 for single use with sea view (DEB).

The family rooms consist of one large room and have a bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi (included), Smart TV (with Netflix access), safe, minibar (stocked on arrival, free refill once a week), coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace, located in the Terra building or the bungalow area (DF2). Family Room 1 Bedroom

These rooms have the same amenities as the family rooms, consisting of one bedroom and a living/sleeping area (some with 1 or 2 bathrooms) and are located in the Maris building, Terra building, or bungalow area (X1R). Optionally bookable as type B under code HER732 (X1F).

Breakfast and lunch are served buffet-style, and dinner is served buffet-style or à la carte. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free dishes are available. Ingredients and allergens are also noted for all dishes in all restaurants.

Breakfast in two main buffet restaurants from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, or at the "Arasmari" restaurant from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Early bird breakfast from 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM upon request at the buffet restaurant. Lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM buffet-style in three different restaurants. Dinner in two main buffet restaurants (6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, reservation required at one of the two) or in the 5 à la carte restaurants (6:30 PM to 10:00 PM, reservation required).
During meals (lunch and dinner), guests can enjoy unlimited Cretan wine, beer, soft drinks, and water. Additionally, snacks are available throughout the day at the snack points, such as fresh, seasonal salads, freshly prepared fruits, smoothies, ice cream, waffles, crepes, burgers, and much more.
From 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM, local and international non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages such as cocktails, spirits, beer, soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea are available at the open bar. Special brands of spirits are available at an additional charge. Guests may dine once a week in one of the six different themed restaurants (with reservation).
All services are valid until midnight.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (no flip-flops, no swimwear, no sportswear).

Not included in All Inclusive

Among the gastronomic highlights is the "Private Dining" experience by the sea (for a fee).
The "Nami" wine cellar offers a unique wine tasting for guests aged 16 and over (reservation required, for a fee).

Children's program

Asterias Kids Club (4-12 years, Monday-Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, reservation required - on-site or online in advance, with activities tailored to the children's age, such as various team activities, projects inspired by Greek culture, "Live like a local" experiences, or various art projects. Reservations for the Asterias Kids Club can be made on-site or in advance online (recommended due to availability).
Teens Club (13-17 years, June-September, Monday to Saturday).

Note on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
