Location

The Mari Kristin Beach Hotel, bookable for guests aged 14 and over, is located in Chersonissos, separated from the public sandy beach only by a road. The nearest entertainment venues can be reached within a few steps. A supermarket and several shops are also available in the vicinity. Heraklion Airport is approx. 25 km away, and the center of Chersonissos is approx. 400 m away. A bus stop is located about 50 m away.

The air-conditioned hotel, consisting of a main and an annex building, has 72 rooms spread across 3 floors. The interior includes a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a lobby bar, and an elevator. Facilities also include a luggage room, an internet corner, a restaurant with a terrace and air conditioning, a snack bar by the pool, and a paid à la carte restaurant on the beach. Guests can help themselves to the buffet in the main restaurant. The pool area includes a seasonally open pool with a whirlpool, as well as a pool bar (seasonal) and a sun terrace (seasonal). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for hotel guests by the pool. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available at the beach for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

With the same amenities as double rooms, single rooms are slightly smaller and can be booked for single occupancy (E).

Note on climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01/01/2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
