Location

Located directly on the gently sloping, kilometer-long sandy beach awarded the "Blue Flag". The holiday resort Georgioupolis with its typical tavernas, cafes and shops of all kinds is about 1 km away.
The well-known Kournas Lake is the only natural freshwater lake on the Greek island of Crete and can be reached as an excursion destination in about 6 km.
Chania Airport is about 45 km away, and Heraklion Airport is about 110 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly complex has 200 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, luggage storage, hotel safe (for a fee), elevator, internet corner (included), Wi-Fi (free throughout the complex), restaurant (Greek and international cuisine), à la carte snack bar (for a fee, also available with AI), bar, mini-market with souvenir shop and boutique. The well-maintained outdoor area includes a swimming pool with a separate children's pool and sun terrace, and an amphitheater. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are included and can be changed every 3 days.

Double room

The friendly furnished double rooms have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe (for rent), 32'' LCD TV, mini-fridge, and a balcony or terrace (D/DB).
Can also be booked as a slightly larger double room with higher occupancy, with additional single beds or bunk beds (DA).

Single room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are slightly smaller (E).

Early bird and late riser breakfast upon request. Breakfast buffet from 7-10 am, lunch from 12:45-2:30 pm, and dinner from 7-9:30 pm are served buffet-style with show cooking. Drinks are served with meals.
Alternatively, lunch can be enjoyed buffet-style at the snack bar (with fewer options than the main restaurant; only available mid-May to mid-September) or à la carte for a fee.
Three theme nights are offered per week.
Various snacks are available from 10 am to 6 pm, and fruit, cakes, and pastries from 4 pm to 6 pm.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks by the glass, such as water, soft drinks, fruit juices, coffee (filter coffee, Greek coffee, espresso, and cappuccino), tea, local beer, house wine, Ouzo, Raki, Whiskey, Gin, Rum, Vodka, Tequila, long drinks, and cocktails are included from 10 am to midnight at the respective open bar.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
For stays in high season (April 1 - October 31):
Land category 1-2 Stars: 2 Euros
Land category 3 Stars: 5 Euros
Land category 4 Stars: 10 Euros
Land category 5 Stars: 15 Euros
For stays in low season (November 1 - March 31):
