Location

The quietly located hotel is situated in Gouves, approximately 600 m from the sandy beach. A free shuttle service to the beach is offered several times a day.
Shops and entertainment facilities are available in the vicinity. Gouves town center is 450 m away. A bus stop with regular connections to Heraklion is located near the hotel. Heraklion Airport is approximately 15 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly, high-quality, and stylishly built hotel complex will be partially renovated for Summer 2026.
The hotel consists of several buildings, divided into two areas, Aelius & Sensus, with a total of 200 rooms. It features a 24-hour reception, lobby, elevators, the buffet restaurant "Erontas" with outdoor seating, the à la carte restaurant "Kritamos" (Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine), and a minimarket.
In the beautifully designed outdoor area of the Aelius section, there are 2 freshwater swimming pools with 2 separate children's pools, a sun terrace, and the pool/snackbar "Agiazi". Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, available for a fee at the beach. Pool towels are provided free of charge.
The new Sensus area has its own pool/snackbar "Aura" and its own swimming pool, exclusively for guests of the "Sensus" rooms.
High-speed internet access is included throughout the complex and in the rooms.

The comfortable double rooms (D/DA; bookable under hotel code HER808) are equipped with a double bed or 2 single beds, 32" satellite TV, telephone, free high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, individually controlled air conditioning (cool/warm), mini-fridge (free bottle of water upon arrival), coffee and tea making facilities, a bathroom with bath or shower/WC and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony or terrace.

Double room with private pool

These rooms, with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, feature a terrace with sun loungers and a private pool, as well as additional amenities such as a bathrobe and slippers (PPZ).
The private pool is not supervised. Guests are advised to exercise caution and supervise children closely when using this area.

Superior double room with private pool

The comfortable superior double rooms with private pool (U2P) are equipped with a double bed or 2 single beds, 32" satellite TV, telephone, free high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, individually controlled air conditioning (cool/warm), mini-fridge (free bottle of water upon arrival), coffee and tea making facilities, a bathroom with shower/WC, toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, and a hairdryer, as well as a furnished terrace with sun loungers and a private pool.
The private pool is not supervised. Guests are advised to exercise caution and supervise children closely when using this area.

Deluxe double room

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (12:45 PM - 2:30 PM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Cretan specialties and live cooking are available at breakfast and dinner. Option for breakfast (Mon-Wed-Fri) or dinner at the à la carte restaurant (included once a week, reservation required). Snacks are available from 11 AM to 5 PM, coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream are included at the pool bar. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, water, juices, draft beer, wine (white, red, rosé), Raki, Ouzo, brandy, gin, vodka, rum, tequila, and some cocktails are included from 10 AM to 11 PM at the pool/snackbar.

Sports included

Note on Climate Resilience Levy
