Location

The complex, consisting of several buildings, is surrounded by a well-kept garden and is located approx. 100 m from the sand/pebble beach, separated only by a narrow road. The old village of Gouves with its quaint tavernas and kafenions is about 4 km away. Heraklion Airport is approx. 20 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly complex consists of a main building and six annex buildings with a total of 118 rooms and features a reception (24h), lobby, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV corner, internet corner (for a fee), bar, cafeteria, restaurant, à la carte restaurant, and a mini-market. In the outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach. Parking is free at the hotel.

Double Room Deluxe

These rooms are slightly more spacious than the Double Rooms Superior. They feature different decor and a shower/WC, as well as a balcony. The safe is included (DD2).

Family Room Superior (HERA89)

With otherwise similar amenities, these feature two separate sleeping areas (F2U).

All meals are served buffet-style.
Vegetarian and gluten-free meals are available upon request. Please register at the reception upon arrival. Appropriate attire (long trousers, closed shoes) is requested for dinner.

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience levy, which guests must pay locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01/01/2025.
For stays during high season from 01/04 to 31/10:
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays during low season from 01/11 to 31/03:
