Your design hotel is separated from a beautiful sandy beach and several smaller nearby coves only by the coastal road. In the closer vicinity, you will find numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, shops, bars, and tavernas. The center of Gouves is only approx. 1.8 km away, and Heraklion is approx. 17 km from the hotel.

The hotel is spacious and consists of several single-story residential buildings. Exceptional design and tastefully decorated details characterize this property. In the outdoor area, slightly elevated, there are 3 freshwater swimming pools with a sun terrace, a wonderful view of the beach and the sea, and an additional outdoor whirlpool. Stylish seating areas in the outdoor area invite you to linger. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the pools and on the beach; pool towels are included. The hotel has a beach bar (open depending on weather). Furthermore, the hotel features a main restaurant with 4 terraces, Wi-Fi (included), a total of 4 bars, 2 à la carte lunch restaurants (for a fee), 1 à la carte dinner restaurant (for a fee), a mini-market, and a spa area with an indoor pool.

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01/01/2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
