Location

The family-run hotel is situated amidst an authentic Cretan setting in Malia, surrounded by lush gardens and just a short walk from shops. The beautiful sandy beach is approximately 150 m away. Heraklion Airport is about 32 km from the hotel.

The comfortable hotel complex is available as a schauinsland-reisen original and can be booked for guests aged 12 and over. It features 48 rooms and offers a reception (24h) with a lobby, a lounge area with a fireplace, a mini-library, Wi-Fi (included throughout the premises), a restaurant with outdoor seating and an open-plan kitchen with show cooking, as well as a bar (11 am-11 pm). In addition to drinks at the bar, the hotel offers a drinking fountain with fresh spring water. The newly designed outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool, a sun terrace with comfortable loungers and seating areas for relaxation, and a small orchard with figs and pomegranates. Pool/beach towels are available free of charge. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool; sun loungers and umbrellas at the sandy beaches of Malia are provided by third-party vendors (for a fee).

The friendly and modernly furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, and a king-size bed or two twin beds. Further amenities include individually adjustable air conditioning and a ceiling fan, telephone, 32'' flat-screen TV, safe, Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea station (replenished daily), Nespresso machine (two capsules per day included), mini-fridge, and a balcony or terrace (DSU).
Available at an additional charge with a pool view (DSP), for single occupancy (DSE), or as a triple occupancy (DAS).

Climate Resilience Levy Information

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room.
