Location

The Aeolos Beach Resort is perfect for holidaymakers seeking more than just hotel accommodation. Here, the aim is to provide hotel guests with a complete experience and create new memories during their holiday. The hotel boasts a great location, with convenient access from the airport (HER) approximately 35 km away and just a few minutes to the beach. The nearest shops and restaurants are about 400m away, and the old town of Malia can be reached in approx. 1.4 km. To explore Crete's most beautiful towns and beaches, guests can visit a car rental station (approx. 1.3 km away) or explore the island by bus (bus stop approx. 1 km away). The airport (HER) is located approximately 30 km from the hotel.

Facilities

This wonderful hotel, situated in a prime beach location, offers a total of 63 rooms spread across a main building and two annex buildings. The reception is available 24/7 to assist guests with any questions or requests. For guests arriving by rental car, free parking is available. The hotel's restaurant caters to guests' dining needs, and the hotel bar serves refreshing drinks on warm days. There is also a lobby, a lift, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel's outdoor area features two freshwater pools, including a children's pool (open from May to October). Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge. Refreshing drinks can be enjoyed at the pool bar (open from 9:30 AM to 1 AM).

Double room with partial sea view

The double rooms feature a bathroom with shower/WC, Wi-Fi, kettle, refrigerator, safe (for a fee), satellite TV, individually controlled air conditioning (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with a partial sea view (approx. 18m², DMS).

Superior Double room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a higher-quality or more modern interior and are slightly more spacious (approx. 20m², DSU/DSR). Optionally, a partial sea view is also available (D2S).

Deluxe Double room

The newer Deluxe rooms, with the same amenities as the Superior Double rooms, feature a higher-quality and modern interior with air conditioning (included) and bathrobes (approx. 20m², DD2).

Half Board includes breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is served buffet-style from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

Destination information

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01/01/2025.
