Location

The small, cozy, and family-run hotel is situated in a slightly elevated position, approx. 300 m from the center of Matala and about 400 m from the beach. Matala is an ideal starting point for exploring the south of Crete with its sights and excavations. Also, take a day trip to Agia Galini.

The complex has been renovated for the summer 2025 season and features 42 double and 8 family rooms, spread across 3 buildings. Your holiday begins in a modern reception area with a 24-hour reception. There is also a lounge, a restaurant, a common area, a bar, and a TV corner. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the beautiful outdoor area, a swimming pool with sun terrace and a pool bar invite you to relax. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Beach towels are available for a fee.

Double Room Superior

The rooms, furnished in Cretan style, feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, safe (included), individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), refrigerator, and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI).
Also available for single occupancy (DSE).

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, but with bunk beds for the third and fourth person (DF2).

Enjoy a continental breakfast buffet (8-10 am), and for dinner, Greek and international cuisine is served buffet-style (7-9 pm).

Table football, billiards, and table tennis. Various water sports are offered by local providers on the beach, subject to availability.

Children's program

For the little ones, there is a newly designed children's playground in the outdoor area for summer 2025 and access to the children's pool (use under the supervision of parents/guardians).

Note regarding climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
