Location

The Sirines Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa is a brand new hotel, completely renovated for Summer 2025, and is exclusively bookable for adult guests aged 17 and over. The hotel is located on the northern side of Rethymno in the Missiria district, just approx. 40 metres from the pebble/sand beach and 1.5 kilometres from the centre of the old Venetian town. A mini-market is located 200 metres away, and a promenade with bars and restaurants is about 50 metres from the hotel. The hotel's location is ideal for daily city visits and exploring the surroundings, sights, and landmarks, as well as excursions to both sides of the island. Heraklion Airport is 80 km away. A bus stop is 50 m away.

The manageable schauinsland-reisen original Adults-only complex with only 32 luxurious and elegant rooms overlooking the sea or pool is a modern retreat that invites you to relax.
In addition to a 24-hour reception, the hotel offers lifts, free Wi-Fi, and a luggage room, and features a pool with a sun island above the water, as well as a beautifully green rooftop lounge bar/restaurant with views of the sea and the beautiful city of Rethymno. Furthermore, a spa area is available on the roof for relaxation with a beautiful view. Sun loungers and lounges around the pool, as well as beach towels, are available free of charge. Amenities in the Junior Suite include a double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed, a bath/WC, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, air conditioning (included), 50" TV with HDMI connection, telephone (for a fee), safe, coffee/tea station (replenished daily), espresso machine, mini-fridge (1 bottle of water included daily), iron and ironing board, blackout curtains, full-length mirror, pillow menu, and a furnished balcony or terrace (JU2/2JG/LN2).
Also available as an option with pool view (J2P), for single occupancy (JU1), or as a budget Junior Suite (JSS) with an inward-facing balcony.

Suite

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites, the Suites are more spacious and feature a bedroom and a living/sleeping area separated by a sliding door, as well as an additional second 50" smart TV with HDMI connection (S2).
Also available as an option with pool view (POS).

Suite with side sea view

In addition to the amenities of the Suite, these also feature a side sea view (2SS).
Also available with sea view (S2M).

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Early bird breakfast: 7–8 am (light continental buffet) or breakfast package available on request 1 day in advance.
Breakfast: 8 am - 11 am (American buffet with gluten-free corner).
Late riser breakfast from 11 am to 12 pm.
When booking Half Board, in addition:
Dinner: 7 pm - 9 pm (buffet style).
For an additional charge, à la carte dishes are available from 12 pm to 10 pm. The rooftop lounge bar is also open from 8 am to 2 am and offers a selection of drinks (at an additional charge).
Vegetarian dishes and special dietary meals are available on request (possibly for a fee). Please contact reception for this.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 1.1.2025.
