This exclusive luxury resort on the north coast of Crete features 264 rooms and suites, elegantly furnished in a Mediterranean style. Amenities include a lobby with reception, a main restaurant, six additional à la carte restaurants offering first-class cuisine, four bars, and two wine bars. The extensive outdoor area boasts a total of 22 pools (for specific room categories), including a heated pool (in the low season), a heated children's pool (in the low season), and a family activity pool. The cleverly designed family rooms offer space and comfort, featuring sleeping areas separated by a sliding door. The family-friendly rooms have a sleeping area for children (2 single sofa beds or bunk beds) and a bedroom with a king-size bed or two single beds. The rooms are located on the ground floor or the first floor of the White, Blue, or Rethymno wing (DF2).

Family Apartment

The family apartment is specially designed for the needs of families, offering ample space and a well-thought-out layout for a relaxing holiday. It features a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Two separate balconies with views of the hotel's colorful, lovingly designed gardens provide pleasant tranquility and a beautiful view. The thoughtfully designed family rooms on the ground floor of the Rethymno wing offer sufficient space and privacy for a relaxing stay. With a separate master bedroom and a sliding door-separated area, the room is ideal for families with children. The rooms are equipped with a double bed, as well as two single or bunk beds. White Family Sea View

This accommodation offers everything needed for a relaxing seaside holiday. The spacious layout of the two bedrooms, separated by a sliding door, creates a retreat area for up to four people. A king-size bed and two comfortable sofa beds offer flexible sleeping arrangements, while a large wardrobe provides ample storage space. Particularly noteworthy are the two separate, fully furnished balconies, offering a dreamlike sea view. Large glass doors flood the rooms with natural light. The rooms are located in a prime position on the 1st or 2nd floor of all hotel areas (2FM).

The thoughtfully designed Grand Family Suites are located on the ground floor, second, or third floor of the Palace wing. They offer ample space and privacy for a relaxing stay. This generously designed villa on the ground floor of the White or Palace wing is an exclusive retreat offering privacy, space, and sea views at the highest level. With an elegant master bedroom, a separate living area, a fully equipped bathroom, and a second toilet, it is ideal for couples or families seeking stylish relaxation. The landscaped outdoor area with a veranda and garden offers sun loungers, an umbrella, and a refreshing outdoor shower. The glass doors seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor areas, providing an unobstructed sea view. A highlight of each villa is the private pool, which can be heated to 25°C upon request (on request, for an additional charge). A spacious walk-in closet completes the experience (M2V).

This suite on the ground floor of the White or Palace wing offers comfort at the highest level. The separate master bedroom with a king-size double bed and the cozy living area with two sofa beds provide plenty of space for relaxation and well-being. The "LUXME - Luxury Made Easy" LUXURY ALL-INCLUSIVE includes a first-class selection of food and drinks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the à la carte restaurants (subject to availability, reservation required) and the buffet restaurants. Delicious snacks can also be enjoyed at specific times in the Pâtisserie-Chocolaterie and by the pool. Unlimited drinks from a wide selection of premium brands, selected wines, refreshing cocktails, and juices are also included. LUXME All-Inclusive is valid in all available restaurants and bars and does not apply to room service. All restaurants offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes. For the youngest guests, KIDS GO FREE! Petite Gastronomy ensures fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as baby food upon request in all à la carte restaurants.

The hotel offers a total of seven restaurants serving international and local cuisine at the highest level. The main restaurant "Ventanas Il Mar Live Show Cooking" offers international buffets with show cooking stations. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free dishes, as well as light meals, are also available. No reservation is required. High chairs are available for children, and appropriate attire is requested. The gourmet restaurant "The White Restaurant" (ages 12+) serves French, Greek, and Italian menus several times a week in a stylish atmosphere (reservation required). At "Tavernaki," guests can experience authentic Greek and regional specialties right on the beach. Gluten-free dishes, as well as children's, vegetarian, and vegan menus, are also available here (weather permitting, open several times a week, reservation required). The "Fico D'India Italian Restaurant" with a pool terrace offers Italian flair – open daily, à la carte focusing on Mediterranean specialties. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are also available here. Asian fusion cuisine in an elegant setting is offered by the specialty restaurant "ASIA WHITE," while the "Agreco Farms Taverna" delights with organic ingredients and Greek specialties in a rustic atmosphere (April to November, weather permitting). Both restaurants offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free alternatives. (Reservation required). Another highlight is the exclusive "Lobsteria," which offers seafood specialties from July to September (weather permitting, reservation required). For those with a sweet tooth, the "Patisserie & Chocolaterie" is open in the evening – offering sweet temptations in a stylish ambiance. During the day, the "Crêperie – Gelateria" offers refreshing ice cream and fresh crêpes. The "Sunset Lounge Bar" in the lobby serves a wide selection of drinks all day long in an elegant atmosphere. Bars are also available by the pools and on the beach. The "Fico di India Pool/Restaurant Bar" and the "Family Activity Poolbar invite you to relax. At the beach club "Long Beach Bar," guests can enjoy refreshing cocktails – included with All Inclusive. Night owls will get their money's worth at the "Late Night" snack bar.

For something special, guests can enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner with a set menu (on request, for a fee).

Sports included

Guests of Grecotel LUXME White can use the free fitness room in the Gourmet Promenade with a personal trainer (open daily from 7 am to 7 pm). In addition to the indoor area, an outdoor fitness area is also available for training. It is also possible to participate in aerobics, yoga, or gymnastics classes. The sea in front of the hotel offers good opportunities for snorkeling.

Sports for a fee

E-bikes can be rented on-site for a fee. The water sports center on the main beach offers the possibility to rent banana boats, crazy sofas, water skis, and jet skis. Diving courses are also offered. Yachts can also be rented on-site to complete the luxurious experience.

Children's program

For the little guests, the professional kids' club (ages 4-12) offers a variety of activities for different age groups – allowing parents to enjoy a relaxing holiday. High chairs are available in all areas, and special children's menus ensure happy children. A babysitting service is available for a fee. A children's stroller can be rented for day trips for a fee.

Entertainment

The hotel offers numerous daily entertainment options in the form of animation for all ages, a family disco, or an open-air cinema under the stars. Cooking classes and workshops also take place. The Agreco organic farm offers guided tours in the afternoon, which can be perfectly combined with dinner at the tavern (transfer not included). Wine tastings are held at the hotel every two weeks.

Information on Climate Resilience Contribution
