The city hotel Theartemis Palace Hotel is located just 200 meters from the long sandy beach of Rethymnon and only a 15-minute walk from the historic city center with its charming alleys and harbor. Heraklion Airport is approx. 80 km away and Chania Airport approx. 68 km.

This comfortable hotel with a total of 249 rooms features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, luggage storage, elevator, lounge with terrace, Wi-Fi in public areas, main restaurant (renovated in 2025), à la carte restaurant, lobby bar, snack bar, jeweler, cosmetic shop, children's play area, fitness room, and an external spa area. In the outdoor area, there is a sun terrace with two freshwater swimming pools, including an integrated children's pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach (by external providers).

These are double rooms for single occupancy (DE).

Superior Double Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are located on the upper floors (DSU). They can also be booked with a pool view for an additional charge (DSP).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are located on the ground floor and feature an outdoor jacuzzi (JN2).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms have a bath or shower/WC and consist of a bedroom with 1 double bed or twin beds and a living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds (DF2).

Maisonette

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms have a separate bedroom, bath or shower/WC and are designed in a maisonette style (M2).

Suite with Private Pool

The suites feature a living/sleeping area that can be separated by a sliding door. The rooms have standard amenities with a private, heated outdoor pool (SP2).

Breakfast (7-10:30 AM) is a rich buffet.
Lunch instead of dinner is possible upon request.
Dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) is also served buffet-style.

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting from January 1, 2025.
For stays in high season April 1 - October 31:
