Location

The Oasis Hotel is located in Skaleta, a suburb of Rethymnon, and is approx. 400 m from the sandy beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The airport of Heraklion is approx. 68 km away, and the airport of Chania is approx. 74 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly complex has 31 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby with internet corner, central safe, luggage room, buffet restaurant and a bar with a terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with sun terrace and separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach. Towels are available for a fee. Parking spaces at the hotel are included, subject to availability.

The double rooms offer a bath with tub/toilet or shower/toilet and hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning (for a fee), Wi-Fi, telephone, safe (for a fee), satellite TV, mini-fridge and a balcony with sea view (DM/DMA/DMI).
Also available for single occupancy (DEM).

Family room sea view

These rooms are more spacious with the same amenities and offer sea view (F2M).

Breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2 pm; salad buffet; the rest is served as a set menu) and dinner (7-9 pm, salad buffet; the rest is served as a set menu) are served buffet style.
In the afternoon, snacks are available from 2-4 pm, and coffee/tea and cakes from 4-6 pm.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (soft drinks, fruit juices, draught beer, coffee, tea, house wine, Raki, Brandy, Ouzo) are included from 10 am to 10 pm at the bar that is open at the time.

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting from 01.01.2025.
